My brother, Benin City only lacks infrastructure, but then many major cities in Europe don't even have skyscrapers. No be tall buildings dey determine a liveable city.

The noise, confusion, pollution of Lagos cannot be found in Benin City. You can plan your life here, plus the Bini people are very hospitable people. How many times you don hear Hausa dey fight with Bini people. Or Yoruba and Igbos dey fight for Benin, such thing doesn't exist.

There's a functional domestic airport, Universities, good hospitals etc. It is just a matter of minutes on air or about hours through road transport and you're in Lagos, you run your stuff and you're back.

God bless you my brother. I am an alumni of the great university of Benin. I was born and brought up in Lagos and used to think that Lagos is actually the best state. Of recent I came to agree to the fact that Lagos is just over-hyped. There major source of revenue is the functioning sea-port. I love Benin city and I plan to relocate sometime in the future.
