Freshly squeezed fruit juice is healthy and not a soda but buying and drinking the ones in packs isn't healthy, considering the preservatives and sugar contents, yoghurt too is cool, but must be taken in moderation and periodically, don't make it a habit

Rice is starch which can be stored as glucose and converted to sugar in your system if you don't sweat it out or convert the glucose to energy to do work, plus soda contains alot of sugar, with benzoic bleach ad other chemicals that would hurt your system and mess up your sex life because too much sugar injected in the system could lead to diabetes and obesity in the long run,

Quit soda, drink plenty of water instead, hit the gym ones in a while to sweat out that excess sugar, u will thank me later, replace the soda with water next time, it will make u look fresh and younger.

Op you are not doing yourself good eating rice and soda the combination is unhealthy.

I was headed to my office very close to the old CBN Garki and I saw a crowd of people chanting

Guys, things are gradually getting messier and dirty, sequel to the naira swap program by the CBN and the subsequent deadline issued by the CBN for citizens to register online, and physically bring in the old notes to the CBN.

As the crowd was patiently dragging, fighting to write their names and queue on the long line waiting for their turn to be attended to, a convoy loaded with army tried to drive in, apprrently the convoy was conveying a minister probably headed to be given a preferential treatment inside the CBN and the crowd besieged the convoy and was shouting ontop of their voices

Guys update, I just closed from work and pass through the CBN gate apparently, the protesters blocked the gate not allowing the CBN staff to go home, the funny thing is, FCT police command headquarters is located directly opposite the old CBN and the way things are playing out, the police has shown zero interest in stopping the protesters from harassing the CBN staff, in fact most of them seems to be enjoying the show, recording the protesters on video 😂😂😂

The first one is something I'm thinking of doing again someday with my OG, it's in my bucket list. I miss my childhood.
