Being skilled and being efficient are quite different if you ask me. You can be very skilled but lack consistency and dependability (which can be expected of someone who is morally bankrupt).

That said, we probably have very different meanings of morally bankruptcy

I will not continue to keep an employee whom I perceive to be morally bankrupt.

I'm really struggling to see how a person can be morally bankrupt and still be efficient. If you're morally bankrupt, what's to keep you efficient at or commited to anything?
