Secondly my baby is just 10 days but he sweat a lot is it necessary to still keep wrapping him with shawl I don't use fan o cos he has catarrh the first day I tried using fan

Why not talk to your husband let him handle his people, insist on breastfeeding your baby, even if you must give water please do not add glucose.
If you can't really do much then try your best to return to your home soon so that you can make the right choice for your child.

I had same experience, the pain is out of this world. Don't worry, it'll soon be over. Try using hot and cold compresses on the breast. Hot before breastfeeding to soften the nipple and cold after breastfeeding. Feed as often as baby wants, ensure that baby is latching correctly and try different feeding positions. In about a week or two you'll be fine

Then I use the bottle again and he continues feeding from it without crying.

And my breast hurts so much.

Stop feeding him with the bottle, he finds it easier because of the easy flow that's why he is rejecting the breast, you can try and wait till he is very hungry then put him to the breast that way he will suck, make sure some part of your aureola gets into his mouth then press a little with your finger to help him since he is still learning, if you must feed him otherwise, use a cup and spoon. Let him learn to latch onto the breast before giving him the bottle again

I am also interested in remedy for this swollen legs. My wife is six months pregnant and her legs have become swollen and painful, especially at night.

Let her sleep with her feet raised with a pillow and always try to keep her legs raised while sitting.
She should also check that her BP is normal as swollen feet can be an underlying sign of Pre-eclampsia

My immune system is not weak, I'm 31 weeks pregnant. I'm thinking about postponing the treatment till after delivery since the risk of taking those drugs now seems to outweigh the benefits, the only symptom I had was a little itching, which has stopped for about 5 days now. Could not taking the treatment now affect the baby?.

My BP is normal and it's not pre-eclampsia. The doctor says it's because of yeast infection which I've started treatment for. Just want to work on the protein in urine too.

Also I thought I had gotten a hang of this 'left side' sleeping but for about 2 weeks now it seems like I can't control my sleeping position. I wake up laying on my back almost every day and I feel this ache on my back indicating that I've been on my back for a while, the thing has been bothering me and I don't know what to do, pillows aren't helping.

I have been suffering terrible heartburns too since I was 13 weeks, the things that help me are coconut water or chewing gum immediately after dinner to promote salivation which helps, avoid chewing gums that contain mint. Also you can reduce the spicey content of your food, like pepper and ginger and eat your dinner early so the food can digest well before you lay down.

You should ideally gain weight as your gestation months increase but your weight gain shouldnt be too much. Remember most babies weigh between 3-5kg on average. If you are well in yourself and your antenatal scan is normal till date, I won’t worry too much about not putting on baby weight. 27 weeks means you still have a lot of time to put weight on as the foetus grows
