Chukstaker: whats the maximum signal?pls,pls,
hw many channels are there?

Chukstaker: Guy help am currently on vox africa,bvn,e.t.c and the show rubbish!now i want 2 move 2 w3 i6 degrees and 17 degrees
(1) whats the frequencies,symbol rate and polarization
(2) do i loose the screw and turn it 2 left or right?up or down?
3) does oromiya show uefa champions league on tuesdays?
4)hw many channels are there and do they show interesting stuffs?

lovala: Please house; when I blindscan my 4669xii on w3c/amos5 I never get to pick up some new channels which I captured at my friends place with his technosat HD decoder. Unfortunately when I checked his decoder again he had deleted it. The channels were not those of kktv nor infinity or ait. Blindscannig at my end does not bring it up. Any one with the tp and sr should help me out. Tnx in advance.

calis2: YOU HAV ALREADY STATED 47.5E.YOU HAV TO USE UR SENSE AND KNOW THAT IT WIL BE BELOW DSTV.DIFFERENT OF 10.5'ei(47.5E-36E).JUST TRACK THE BIRD WITH.12.602 V 27.500.YOU WIL GET IT VERY EASY.

ojialo: pls can i track all the sat. On my 90cm dish i hv already amos5 as my primary lmb and multi tv at the top can i still track the sirius below it thank u.

kyleege: All with the OTA problem lets try this, disable the default tp to user. Change sat n tp and lock all the channels using the ota tp, it might work on ur rx, then switch to these channels using the ota tp and then go back to see if the default tp is restored, if not u are good to go.

FreeTVguru: I have observed a big problem here, it seems each Receiver has it own way of describing Channels with respect to satellites (not correct anyway) many people here are confused with these satellites; Amos 5 Vs eutelsat 16(w3c) and Ses 5 Vs sirius 4. Channels on w3c sometimes people mention that they are on Amos5, Tps on ses5 sometimes are mentioned to be on serius4. This really makes it difficult for the new babies to install their Dishes that why we have endless request for assistance. Note that Amos5 is @17e very close to w3c @16e no wonder people get confused///// Ses5 is @5.2e whle sirius is @4.8/9e very close, so many don't actually kno which bird the have caught btwn the 2 hence mentioning satellites here which doesn't offer such channels
