Hello house, what do I do in this situation.I checked my brothers tracker and I see visitor’s visa document and the expiry. Unfortunately it’s the validity of the old passport that will be expired in July. He has raised a webform with the new one but it seems that it never got updated on his file. He has raised another webform again. What else can he do differently before he gets PPR request . He only has the Bvl now. Thanks |

essentialone: Good day all.
"Please, I really need guidance. I am presently in Canada on a Visitor Visa. I accompanyied my teenage child who is on a Student Visa. My Visa does not permit me to come outside of the house that much, and I also cannot work with it. Now that is my challenge. Someone suggested I should apply for asylum. Another person suggested that I should apply to convert my Visit Visa to a Work Visa. I have started the process but it is taking so long, with no end in sight. Another person suggested I should apply for Permanent Residency through an immigration lawyer. The immigration lawyer I contacted mentioned something about I need to be on Work Permit before applying for PR. But most recently, someone suggested that I should brave it up, and take all my documents to Canada Border, and explain myself, and request that I be given a permit to work in Canada. That it will work out. I don't really know how this plays out. Please, I need sincere responses on this. Time is key for me concerning this. Thanks a lot." hi I am currently in Canada and work In an immigration consulting firm that can help you. Allison Jones Consulting Inc. look it up and if you need further help send me a message. |

zubizareta: Congrats to your cousin.
Hello. Few questions because I am almost in same position with you. My elder sister living in Canada is my sponsor to cover my tuition while I only cover my living expenses. How much did your cousin show in his closing balance in the statement of acct he submitted for living expenses
Also as the sponsor, pls confirm was the funds in your account backed witj notarized later of sponsorship or you and other sponsor transferred the money to his account?? The balance in his account was #5m to cover the living expense part. I was the only sponsor and I didn’t have to notarize my letter of sponsorship, the proof of fund was all in my account as well. I didn’t transfer anything to his account . However i paid the non refundable fee directly to school and it was stated. |

Medical request eventually came in after I posted. How early is too early to travel? Program is starting in September. I am in Canada and can receive my brother anytime. Is it okay if he travels in May? Markab: No I just checked my brother’s account three days ago and saw it that Review of Eligibility had started.

I checked Axa mansard and i saw that it covers a lot of things . I am just wondering if their is any downside to not buying from inside Canada. Thank you as you respond |

Sunkeke: Hello everyone, I am just here wondering if I am the only one that has application running past the 30 working days window without any response. I initially applied for my parents on June 22 2021 and submitted a second application on the new portal on October 23rd. I raised a webform yesterday but got the generic response that they are only responding to prioritized list of people. Is there any one in this kind of situation please . I’m beginning to think maybe I did something wrong with the application. I am a PR .Thank

some ADRs come with place holder for the upload, it depends on visa office maybe Otoge: ADRs are submitted by raising CSE. Except you want to take it there physically Read the ADR mail they sent you, some offices tell you plainly that sending emails don't get acknowledged. |
