This is no overseas scholarship, is a local Training program organised by PTDF in conjunction with NNPC,Chemical and Process Engineers had their training last year,this is the second phase of it for Mechanical Engineers and the likes. A colleague of mine was invited last yr 4 d same program, although we applied same time, but she read Chemical Engineering, I believe the advert for yet another one would soon be out, be on d look out pls!, for those invited(including myself), best of Luck!!!

The test is scheduled for friday, 18th May, 2007

Could someone please give me useful tips on Chevron Skills test(Second Stage) for the drilling representatives.Relevant info with respect to the nature of the test would be higly appreciated.

HEAD TEACHER – Nursery/Primary School
Minimum requirement: B.Ed or other 1st degree +PGDE; 10 years teaching experience; at least 3 of which should be in a supervisory position, participation in relevant trainings, workshops and seminars; Montessori experience; computer literate. Other Post graduate qualifications, an advantage.  Must speak English fluently.

TEACHERS - Nursery/Primary School

Fear not, the questions are quite simple, the maths is easy only that you will have to be very smart and fast, get acquinted with arithemetic, the Verbal entails short passages n d diagrammatic thinking is menu driven, they will give you detailed explaination all in all, time is the essence, Best regards

The questions will come as stated in your invitation letter i.e Numerical, Verbal and flow diagram. Get materials that would enchance your understanding of these subject matter, most likely the Numerical entails Mathematics similar to GRE maths(I.e Graph n stuf like that), the Verbal is more of short passages as we have them in GMAT 2006 and the flow diagram is quite interesting, you will understand it easily with the instruction you will be given on the Test day, Just ensure you tackle the questions with a sound mind, rgds

I can't really place  what is stopping the relevant authorities to check all these unscrupulous rogues called recruitment  consultants, they have duped enough innocent and helpless citizens. Ma brother, just forget about Estherbreak nonsense, they don't represent anygood but fraud, I wrote their so called written interview sometime last year, I was told I passed  but I didnt go anyfurther with them because I sensed foul  play.The truth is every one that sat for the test passed!!Ignore the invitation!!!!! GOD would get you your desired job ASAP even as you look unto HIM and don't stop applying, your job on the way great friend!

Frnds, if you have been called for the test; go there well prepared by having a sound sleep prior to day of the test(you do need a clear mind to reason out the answers, they aint too difficult) read up Critical reasoning with particular attention to the question stated above, is just live n direct, the number series is equally cheap if you have a clear mind, read up sentence completion n related ques on verbal reasoning, wishing you the very best!
