4th part: how many people in d bedroom

From d analysis above, what concerns d answer is "the people in the bedroom". So we have 2 keywords to solve this riddle: "people" and "bedroom". These r the 2 keywords.

Ok, so let's find out what we know about d bedroom

1st part: says, "you enter a bedroom (comma)"
From this, we know that 1 person is in the bedroom

A Mcb student recently did his current topics seminar on necrotizing fasciitis and this looks exactly like the pictures he showed the faculty. Disturbing pictures we just had to tell him to move it forward!

The cause of this is the presence of an algae called Dunaliella salina. It is a species in the family of green algae that lives in salt water and utilizes sun light to produce carotenoids especially Beta carotene(Red coloured) which inturn gives the water a red coloration.
