Enugu is filled with poor people. Those civil servants are poor. 70% of them are paid 20k per month, except for minimum wage that brought it to 30k. That's poverty which not the fault of the masses but government actions and inactions.

Before you respond again, change the poverty index by NBS and tell us the poverty ranking of Enugu state.

My dear, no state in the south east is regarded as a poverty state. Being poor according to world standard means living below one dollar a day.
No state in Southeast is like that, Enugu is no exceptions, averagely Enugu people can afford to eat 3square meals a day, go to school because it's almost free.
And besides how does all you're saying change d fact that they don't jump buses, and are disciplined. Why are u deviating. None I said is untrue and overhyped.

What yardstick do you use to measure poverty. Enugu people are very comfortable, civil servants are always paid on time 25th of every month and twice every December.
Look for poor people elsewhere, not Enugu, the people in Enugu live above poverty rate by far.

I have been to Enugu several times. The population of Enugu is about the lowest in SE and Nigeria at large, so why won't the buses be the ones pursuing the low population in the town

So everything I said is true ni, are we talking about the population or that the population there behave well. Aren't there other places without large population that are indisciplined. And did u just say Enugu is filled with poor people you obviously don't even know where you are talking about. Enugu that people come to spend money go and research well and come back.

They don't jump out of vehicles no matter what, you must park well o, they don't wait for vehicle anywhere else unless at designated bustops.
They obey traffic light like mahhd. Passenger side can do fresh eh..as a driver drink or smoke and loose ur passengers,
Enugu people are disciplined. They also don't throw dirts around and out of window of moving vehicles.

The Worst is the over hyped dirty unkempt city called Lagos. Surrounded by water yet many places lack good water. Bad stinking Refuse dump sites even along the roads, something I've not seen in Enugu for a very very long time.
Lagos is even a bit habitable because igbos live there...mtcheww lazy people

Well, I've never lied to collect money, I always tell them the exact amount for anything I have to pay for in school, as for pocket money, they always give me any amount, when it finishes, I tell them.
