Dozens of feminists stripped naked outside a president's palace as they held a screaming protest to call for an end to violence against women.

More than 100 protesters held the head-turning demonstration after they marched to a public square outside Argentinian President Mauricio Macri's residence.

After taking off their clothes in front stunned onlookers in Buenos Aires the group formed a pile of bodies and then screamed angrily en masse.

It was all part of a 'Femicide is Genocide' protest against gender-based violence, organised by a group called Artistic Force of Communicative Shock (FACC).

The women were performing a dramatisation as a prelude to the next march of the feminist collective NiUnaMenos (Not One Fewer) to be held on Saturday.

In all, 120 women undressed completely in the Plaza de Mayo in front of the president's home, the country's parliament and its highest court.

The group used the tactic to demand greater protection for the victims of gender-based violence, which is on the rise in Argentina.

According to official figures, so far this year femicide has been committed on average once every 25 hours in Argentina.

On social networks, the hashtag 'FemicidioEsGenocidio' quickly went viral, showing hundreds of photos and videos of the protest.

Protester Claudia Acuna wrote on Twitter: "We represent them all... and we will always exist.

Describing emotional scenes at the protest, she added: "Older ladies crying because in their time they could not speak aloud of it, men shocked by the cruelty of these times. I'll take that."

4. SYMPATHETIC SIDE CHICK

For somebody like me that have studied the Igbos very well, I am not surprised that the OP immediately assumed Sanusi was talking about them as the only aim they have is to dominate the south. Came back and started attacking the youths that helped the police in arresting them.. They attacked one Mr Jerry odagwe at gun point.. Bit him up and burnt down his new Qlink motorcycle another arrest Came and three people ( lucky ochade, enede Jackson & Thomas ochade) were arrested on 4th of March and that was exactly how the remaining once started destroying all the properties of the boys that helped the police and the properties of the rape victim..

There were continuous shooting from that 4th to 7th in the community and everybody was running for safety..

The matter was transferred to the police headquarter at Asaba and through the STATE ANTI CULT UNIT(SACU) they were arrested on the 8th of March at around 1:30am and we got six of them (Henry abamba, ochade David, uti Chidi, Young Jackson a.k.a boy 2 men, ishiekwene Maxwell & Akom Sylvester a.k.a small) the sacu recovered 2 cut to size gun, 15 bullets, dagger & charm. currently they are still in police custody at the headquarters investigation are still on going and they will soon be charged to court to go join the first once
