clubkonnect:Issue resolved how exactly? I was never notified that i had been refunded for this transaction and I had to send another data to that particular Customer. I lost that money right but my integrity matters to me. I even sent SMS twice ABI thrice to your number at different interval. No acknowledgement No reply No nothing. |
@clubkonnect Pls I sent 50 1GB Data on the 8th of September and I got a complain from someone that the data did not drop. Kindly look into this. Thanks

****Wallet has finally been funded**** Update on my wallet not been funded by clubkonnect 2 I was at the bank earlier today and I got a call from clubkonnect asking me to send my full name and amount sent as an sms which I did immediately. I printed my account statement showing my transactions for Wednesday- Thursday last week. clubkonnect, What else do you want me to provide? I have provided 1. My bank app alert 2. My debited SMS notification 3. My bank statement for the day I paid Pls go through your statement as I was told at the bank that the transaction was successful. I await your response. Thank you. GeeCee:Hi Pls have they funded your wallet? How the person behind the moniker ignored my quote is really annoying. I'm so angry. Everytime i come to Nairaland to complain over one issue or the other. I had to transfer client's money back to them because my wallet has not been funded and I can't hold their funds as I don't know the situation of things. |

@clubkonnect Pls I bought Airtime today for a number. Client said it was Glo. It turned out to be MTN. But I had already bought it as Glo I was debited but it was placed on hold. ****************** It just changed to completed despite the fact that it was not delivered

Another issue I have is I keep getting refunded. I'm currently handling MTN data give away in a group and I have a large list of data to send. Is MTN data currently down so I don't clog the system?

@Clubkonnect, Pls I subscribed 500MB for a customer yesterday. It showed completed, I was charged but it was not delivered. After an hour, I sent another request for another 500MB which showed Order Received for hours before I went to bed. I woke up to it showing completed but this second one still did not deliver. Screenshot 1- First 500MB sold Screenshot 2- Second 500MB was showing ordered received for hours after I did it. Screenshot 3- Woke up to completed and data not sent for the second time.
