Agriculture / Why You Should Go Into Greenhouse Farming Asap! by Suntwist: 9:50am On Jul 21, 2021
A greenhouse farm is considered an implementation of intensive agriculture and can provide an increase in crop production. This is because you have more control for creating optimal climate conditions needed for plant growth and can grow more plants per square foot compared to growing crops in an open field.
Greenhouse farming plays a vital role in supplying the world with safe and nutritious food, reducing the rate of food insecurity. A greenhouse farm aims at food security, the world food summit of 1996 defined that food security exists when all people at all times have physical and economic access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and preferences for an active life. When the resources are utilized more efficiently, less waste will be created, which can evolve into bigger profits.
Benefits of greenhouse includes;
1. It produces fresh greens, vegetables, and fruits.
2. Green-house helps to fight food insecurity.
3. It allows you to grow things you wouldn’t otherwise be able to grow (exotic flowers, tropical fruit).
4. Greenhouse farming has a higher yield of crops than open-field farming.
5. There is efficiency in the use of water and nutrients on the farm as compared to open field cultivation.
6. The returns on the greenhouse are typically higher than open-field farming.
7. Extend the growing season as the plants won’t depend on weather conditions or patterns.
8. It helps to prevent rodents from feasting on your crops, as you control what comes in and out of the greenhouse.

Hope you won’t think twice about why you should practice Green House farming. It is live on our website. What this means is that you can lease a tomato greenhouse with as low as 500,000 and get a harvest of up to 700,000 giving you access to be part of our journey as we go green while practicing agriculture and strengthening food security in the nation.

Agriculture / Retire Young, Retire Well And Retire Rich! by Suntwist: 4:02pm On Jun 22, 2021
Few months ago, we had a conversation with a 40 year old Civil Servant concerning his retirement plans, as we discussed he made it clear that he is determined not to depend on any of his children for upkeep after he retires. He literally said; “I pray for all my children to turn out successful, but irrespective of how successful they may be, I would love their motive of giving to me be of honor and not of need, want or lack. Infact, I look forward to leaving a robust inheritance for them after I’m gone.”

As a middle classed citizen, you are probably having the same thoughts as this man and you will surely agree with me that the current ‘Pension-system’ in Nigeria is neither consistent nor robust enough to depend on or even create a lasting well of wealth to leave to your children. You are probably calculating your children’s age and trying to figure out what stage of their lives they will be by your retirement.
We've heard of so many parents giving their children strict warnings and ultimatums to do whatever they intend to do on time i.e. go to school, study, graduate quickly and get a job as they (the parents) don’t have much time left in service to provide for their needs. This isn’t a pleasant way to go through life.

We understand retirement to be a time of good rest after decades of labor but judging from the current situation, it has been “the struggle continues”. It would be gratifying to play blame games but the most rewarding move would be do something about the status quo, and the best time is now!

Have you got any plans? Well, Suntwist Nigeria Limited has got a well laid out one for you. Suntwist Nigeria presents to you her Cashew-Cassava Plans. You may not be fully aware but Cashew is a ‘money’ crop and its highly sought after globally, especially the Cashew nuts.
While it takes Suntwist’s Hybrid Cashew Seeds 18 months to start fruiting, Suntwist Nigeria intercrops the Cashew with Cassava.

So while waiting on your Cashew to start fruiting, you are assured of 5-10 tons of Cassava Tubers at the end of a planting season of 8-12months and from this yield, you’ll make at least 70% of money back within your first harvest year alone. Also, your Returns increases as the Cashew trees starts fruiting, with an average sales price of raw cashew nuts at #500,000 per ton; when you do the math, you’ll literally realise that ‘you don hammer.’ The real ‘Jackpot’ is that, a Cashew tree consistently produces fruits for over 50 years, which simply means you are secured for 50 years non-stop!

How to select a plan? ‘Soft work’…Buy a farmland for as low as N100, 000 per acre, and invest with Suntwist Nigeria, we’re just a call away.
Its time to stop singing “pass me not o gentle saviour” when God has already heard your humble cry!

Business / Cashew-casssava Farming - The Biggest Money Making Factor Right Now by Suntwist: 3:55pm On Jun 22, 2021
Cashew farming has been known over the years to be very lucrative, as investing in them yields a lot of profit. If you're still wondering what is special about Cashew-Cassava, trust us, it has a lot of spec.

Intercropping is one big way to cash out in agriculture, and Cashew-Cassava plantation is a good example. It is a multiple cropping system that involves growing two or more crops in proximity. The main goal of intercropping is to produce greater yield on a piece of land by making use of resources or ecological processes that would be utilized by more than one crop.

Investment in Cashew farming is a long-term investment; it takes about 3-4 years for it to start producing its own fruit. This is why Cashew-Cassava cultivation is strongly advised, since Cassava is a perennial crop grown as an annual, and can be planted and harvested yearly.
The Cassava make up for the amount of time the Cashew takes before fruiting and this amounts to a truckload of profit. It's the rainy season, a good time to invest in your own Cashew-Cassava farm.

As for us in Suntwist, we are super-excited about the rainy season, and we are ready for the Cashew-Cassava planting season 2021. Join Suntwist Nigeria Limited, your trusted agricultural company, and let us start making your money make more money for you.

All you need to do is to put a call through to 08102777209 or click https://suntwist.com.ng/cashew-cassava-farm-set-up/ for more enquiries.

Food / Importance Of Vitamin D Normally Overlooked by Suntwist: 12:35pm On Jun 11, 2021
Vitamin D (also referred to as Calciferol) is known as the “sunshine vitamin”, this is the necessary nutrient that is produced when the body is exposed to sunlight i.e. when ultraviolet rays (UV) from the sunlight strike the skin, it triggers vitamin D synthesis to occur. The vitamin functions as a hormone in the body that helps in supporting a healthy immune system. It is called sunshine vitamin doesn’t mean you should expose yourself to a lot of sunlight. It doesn’t take a lot of exposure to sunlight to get a vitamin D fix for that day. There are a few vitamin D foods that could be added to your diet to get the nutritional benefits of this nutrient meet the recommended daily value of the nutrient consumption

Consuming enough vitamin D is important for the normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against disease. An insufficient amount of vitamin D in the body could lead to fragile bones (osteoporosis) or soft bones (osteomalacia). Vitamin D sufficiency prevents rickets in children. Together with calcium, vitamin D also helps protect older adults from osteoporosis. Vitamin D has other functions, which include reduction of inflammation as well as modulation of such processes as cell growth, neuromuscular immune function, and glucose metabolism. Many tissues have vitamin D.

Vitamin D has two forms D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) in dietary supplements and foods, both forms are absorbed in the small intestine. The absorption process occurs by simple passive diffusion and by a mechanism that involves intestinal membrane carrier proteins. The presence of fat in the gut enhances vitamin D absorption, but some vitamin D is absorbed even without dietary fat. Aging or obesity doesn’t alter vitamin D absorption from the gut. Vitamin D is produced in response to sun exposure and is found in animal products. Vitamin D2 occurs in plants and vitamin D3 found in animals.

Few foods naturally contain vitamin D. trout, tuna, mackerel, and salmon which are the flesh of fatty fish are the best sources of vitamin D. Egg yolks, beef, and cheese likely contain a small amount of vitamin D

Vitamin D deficiency
Deficiency in vitamin D means you do not have enough vitamin D in your body. This vitamin is unique because your skin produces it, making use of sunlight. It was estimated that about 1 billion people worldwide don’t get enough of vitamin D. Supplements are very common and can also be taken to prevent its deficiencies.

Vitamin D deficiency includes:
Pregnancy complications
Neurological disease
Pains, aches, tiredness
Stress fractures
Muscle pain, severe bone pain

Causes of vitamin D deficiency
You don’t consume the recommended levels of the vitamin over time
When there is limited exposure of the body to sunlight.

Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency
There are a few signals to tell that a person might be deficient in vitamin D and some of these signals includes;
Low mood
Fatigue
Impaired wound healing
Bone and back pain
Regular sickness
Hair loss
Too much this may lead to loss of appetite, vomiting, constipation, metallic taste, etc.

Factors that may affect your ability to get vitamin D
Always staying indoors
Using sunscreen every time
Living in polluted areas
Not consuming enough food rich in vitamin D
These factors listed above contribute to its deficiency. Some other sources of the vitamin are mushrooms, fortified cereals, and juices, fortified milk, which is being exposed to the sun for about 15-20 minutes per week.

Most foods have added vitamin D because it doesn’t occur naturally in them. And vegan or people who are lactose-intolerant might have less amount of vitamin D or difficulty in having it in their diets, that is why some people choose to take supplements.
Agriculture / AGRIPRENEURSHIP; The Underrated Goldmine by Suntwist: 12:04pm On Jun 11, 2021
“Agripreneureship” is coined from agriculture and entrepreneurship. I bet you probably haven’t heard of the word before. And yes, just as you would guess, it means an entrepreneur in agriculture. Agriculture is one of the sectors in the country that employs most people in the world and is the main source of food and income for many people. Thus, investing in agriculture is one of the most effective strategies to improve food security and promote sustainability hence, it is essential for the country’s economic development.

Agriculture is also a major wealth contributor to the economy. In Africa, Agriculture was previously seen as a low-income occupation for people who dwelled in rural areas and although it still largely remains the same, industrialization has mechanized a little bit of agriculture but a lot of profitable potentials remain unexplored.

What is Entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship is all about innovation and one of the major keys to economic development. For some time, entrepreneurship has been linked to increased wealth, improved quality of life, and also growth. Being an entrepreneur makes you less dependent on your monthly salary. This serves as another stream of income that comes in handy in emergencies. Entrepreneurship gives room for the development of new ideas that can revolutionize the world. Factors like innovation, ability to take the risk, and accepting change are needed and they are all necessary for creating a sustainable enterprise that is all covered in entrepreneurship.

Agripreneurship allows for the merging of agriculture and entrepreneurship. It opens up and bridges the gap between the cultivation of crops, rearing of animals, solving problems, and taking calculated risks. Merging agriculture with entrepreneurship “agripreneur” paves way for new methods of farming. This will be more effective and cost less rather than following the crude methods through which it had been done in the past.

To become an agripreneur, you must be open to new things. Cultivating a higher breed of animals and crops and alternative technologies to increase productivity, diversify production, reduce risks, and increase profit. Agripreneurs are also required to be business-oriented because they are also entrepreneurs.

In the country today there are not enough white-collar jobs for most of the youths due to the increasing population. It is therefore necessary to have another means of income to survive. Most people who have regular jobs accrue debts over time because of the high cost of living versus the low level of income. The wealthiest people in the nation and the world were not fully dependent on salaries. They were entrepreneurs.

How to explore the underrated goldmine?
An entrepreneur makes money by looking for a problem, providing a solution, and exchanging such solutions for the money. How does this relate to Agriculture and why is this path of an agricpreneur underrated?

The world’s biggest need is food. You could survive without everything else but the food is the most essential commodity of life.
Food is scarce around the world due to the increasing global population. Some even say we are tending towards world hunger as a larger percentage of the world finds it difficult to feed its citizens. Note that scarcity leads to increasing value.
This means that after all is said and done, agriculture will always tend uphill. This is because is something we cannot do without and the products are scarce. It is only wise for us to see agriculture as the underrated and unlimited goldmine of the world.
Also, agriculture is considered to be one of the least risky ventures to go into as even common practices can prevent most potential losses.
Being an agripreneur is the key to ending poverty once and for all for most Nigerian youths. If you explore these deep truths, you could become the next Elon Musk or Tony Elumelu, whichever you prefer; after all, they all started with an E.

Business / How To Get Your Business Right From The Start by Suntwist: 10:45am On Jun 10, 2021
Thinking of starting a business?
Has an idea been popping up in your mind? Well, you will need to write down those ideas and a way to achieve the goal. The importance of writing down every inch of the idea that comes into your head about creating a business can never be over-emphasized. Sadly, most people don’t seem to understand the significance of doing this, they get it all wrong by jumping right into action the minute an idea ticks in their head, and ultimately, they end up wasting valuable resources. Every business needs to have a written business plan. Your business idea should convince you that your idea makes sense because your time, money, and effort are on the line.

As an entrepreneur, a business plan should be the first step in the process of deciding whether to actually start a business. A business plan must contain all necessary steps to achieve your desired goal, whether it is to provide direction or attract investors. Being able to determine if a business will fail or succeed on paper will save your time and also help you avoid wasting money on a business that doesn’t have any hope of succeeding.

What is a business plan?
A business plan is a formal document or a written description of your business goals, ways to achieve the goals and the time to achieve them. A business plan is a blueprint for a successful business. Business plans are always strategic. Strategic business plans are plans that identify and target your goals and also guide you on how they will be achieved. A good business plan can help to make a business credible, understandable and attractive to someone else who does not have an idea about the business. Operating without a business plan is not a good one. Very few companies can last long without one. A good business plan should be able to outline all the costs of the project the business will venture into and the consequences of every plan that would be taken. Business plans are rarely identical even among competitors in the same industry; however, they all tend to have the same basic element.

A good business plan should be convincing and it should provide a piece of realistic and concrete evidence to show your ideas for the business has a good chance to succeed. Your business plan must be factual and systematic because a plan may seem good and attainable at the surface but after thorough analysis has been done while writing down the business plan, it might prove not to be feasible due to certain factors. A business plan should provide an overview of marketing strategies, the business’ aim, and objective, competitors in the marketplace, etc. It should be able to convince you that your business ideas are viable in reality but not just a fantasy. If your business plan is not substantial enough then take a step back and review your plans. Write down everything that pertains to the business.

A good summary includes a summary of your objectives, description of the market, description of product and services, about your competition, funding requirement, and a snapshot of growth potential. This seems to be a lot but it is necessary for your business plan so you need to get it right. If your summary does not show how you will solve your customer’s problem and make a profit, then the business plan is not feasible. So before you think of any business idea, stop for a minute and make sure your business plan solves a problem for your potential customers.

Products and services
In this section of your business plan, you will clearly describe your business’s products and services. You also need to describe how your product and services will be different from that of your competitors. Trademarks, copyrights, patents you have applied for or you have should also be included. All business differs; the extent of this section depends on the type of product and service you have to offer. If your business is product-based, then you will have to give details on the product. If it is a new product and service you decide to venture into, then you will have to give a thorough explanation of the uses of the product, nature, value, and how it differs from that of your competitors.

Market
Thorough research on the business is a critical key to the success of the business. Who is your target? How many are they? How you could get to them? You must be specific. This section should be able to analyze customer locations or demographics, purchasing habits, which the product is for, buying cycles, how the customer will see your product, and what marketing strategy you should adopt to get to your customer. This process involves you understanding the market and the opportunities in the market, you will know all this when you research.
Before you start a market you must be sure there is a viable market for what you plan to offer, also you should ask yourself these questions:
What is the size of the market?
What demographics and behavior make up the market I plan to target?
Is my product cost-friendly?
Will your market likely grow?
How is my product different from that of the competitor and what will make my product better?
What segment of the market do I plan to target?
How can I increase my market share over time?

Competition
This section of your business plan entails analyzing your competition. Every business has competition, understanding the strength (service, price, areas you may be vulnerable) and weakness (opportunities you plan to take advantage of). This is critical in making sure your business survives and grows. You need to assess your competitors from time to time by creating a profile for each of your competitors, analyzing each of them, what marketing strategy they use, how they will respond when you enter the market? You could get all this information by checking their website, all the information on their price, products, services, and aim of the company should be there. Evaluate their marketing campaigns, search their Twitter feeds, blogs, etc. Analyzing your competition does more than helping you understand your competition because it also helps you identify changes you should make in your business.

Budget
A good business plan must have an estimated budget in place. This includes costs relating to manufacturing, marketing, development, recruitment, and any other expenses.

Packaging
The packaging of your product is a very important step to take. A well-packaged product attracts customers to itself. In the packaging of a product you should ask yourself the following questions:
How does your packaging compare to your competition?
How does your packaging match your value proposition?
Agriculture / Coco Peat; A Planting Medium For Healthy Plants by Suntwist: 10:18am On Jun 10, 2021
Asides from the soil, there are other mediums that can be used to cultivate crops and one of them is the coco peat. The outside layer of husk that surrounds the shell of coconut comprises fibers that are being removed from the shells to make doormats, ropes, brushes, carpets, mattresses, etc. It is also used to make a cloud of powdery dust which is made into coco peat and used in gardening. Every part of a coconut is useful, from the outer components and inner content.

Coco peat is 100% organic, it has the ability to store and release nutrients to plants against leaching and buffer for an extended period of time. Unlike soil it doesn’t form mud, it is odorless, increases the shelf life of plants. It has oxygenation properties which are important for healthy root development. The coco peat is used for plants because it is light, easy to handle, and can be reused for up to 4 years. Its physical and biochemical properties make it resistant to bacterial and fungal growth. Loose coco peat is referred to as coco soil, the coco soil being a porous and well-drained medium helps the plant to have strong roots, thus making it an excellent medium for hydroponics

Coco peat is a wonderful growing medium, it can be used to grow the seeds of vegetables and flowers in seedling trays. It has a pH of 5.2 to 6.8 which neutral to slightly acidic, this makes it great to be mixed with alkaline garden soil. It has a moisture retention capacity that is very high, it can retain moisture up to eight times its volume, this factor makes it good for soilless gardening and hydroponic farming. It is an essential ingredient for various potting media like organic veggie-mix. Coco peat contains phosphorus, nitrogen, and high content of potassium, magnesium, and zinc. It has water-absorbing properties, 1kg of dried coco peat can expand up to 15 liters in water. It can retain many liters of water for several months, so plants are watered less frequently.

HOW TO MAKE COCO PEAT?
Get coconut husk and store it in a cool, dry, and clean place.
Pull out the fibers and dry them, chop them into small pieces with the help of a scissors or cutter.
Grind the chopped fibers into a fine powder, the coco fiber will be separated as fluff.
The fibers are being removed out of the coco peat with the help of a sieve.
Remove the fibers from the top of the sieve manually.
This peat should be washed with water to remove excess salts.
Soak the peat in water for about an hour.
Use your hands to squeeze water.
Dry the peat in sunlight for a day.
It is ready to be used.
The coco peat can be filled in the seedling tray for planting.

Here in Suntwist, we make use of Coco peat to grow the vegetables in the greenhouse, our vegetables grow in good health, are filled with enough nutrients, and are safe for consumption. We produce vegetables that are healthy, fresh, and nutritious. Every day we keep looking for the best ways to farm and explore agriculture. For more info on our greenhouse, click the link below

Vitamins B6 and B12 are essential for blood cell formation and the functions of the brain. It contains iron, the iron found is absorbed easily by the human digestive system. The selenium found in it helps in the proper functioning of the thyroid.

The protein content of lean protein is about 26% by weight, but when dry the protein content of lean protein is about 89% i.e., the protein content of dry lean protein is high. Career / Turn Your Problems Into Opportunities by Suntwist: 4:14pm On Jun 09, 2021
We find ourselves in a world where the idea behind the problem has been incorrectly defined. And I would love to help you understand how to best define it. In life, problems arise at one point or the other, and to move forward, they should be faced head-on. Sometimes working hard doesn’t mean challenges won’t hit you, it will; But the beauty is that every time a problem shows up, the solution is right around the corner and it starts with you.

Opportunities arise from bad situations and if we are willing to learn how to deal with problems properly using the right tools, we would become problem solvers. “When life gives you lemons, make lemonades”, with great problems come great opportunities! The art of turning a problem into an opportunity is a skill that can be learned by mind practice, clear thinking, by developing focus and acceptance. Accept the problem, transform it and turn it into an opportunity, see the problems as an opportunity.

You can try as hard as you want to deny reality, but you are only wasting energy trying to fight against what’s happening in your life. Sometimes your resistance tends to make things worse. You should concentrate on the opportunities that can be gotten from the problem, not the problem itself. The problem has nothing to give you, but finding a solution to it opens many doors of possibilities. If we reframe problems in a positive light, problems can be a powerful catapult for richness in every area of our lives. It also opens the window to fresh air and brighter light. Adversity/problems make us stronger, smarter, and innovative. Wise people will turn the bitter into better.

Some philosophies say that problems are the universe’s way of helping us learn to accept reality. There are tests meant to give us the chance to show our strength and fortitude. But we will define problems as opportunities waiting to be maximized. Have you ever wondered why the rich keep getting richer in times of crises and the poor just keep lamenting about the problem? Why some people do smile at the bank in times of recession? Well, it’s the way they see the problem as it comes, views the opportunities hidden in that problem, and explore until it becomes a wealth-creating idea.

The rich see problems as opportunities. They grab it when it comes, they provide solutions to problems, and by doing so increase their wealth. The wise know that problem is the shortcut to success, the wise don’t complain about problems, they make money off people’s problem into their enterprise. Although we find ourselves in a country where the system has defeated you before you even get to the starting line. I want you to understand that economy doesn’t make you rich. In fact, it isn’t designed to make you rich but the problem you solve does stand a chance. This is because “Money is the byproduct of the problem.”

Money answers to problems, money will follow you if you can come up with solutions to problems. Problem birth solution and solution birth money. We all want to get rich but we need to see the solution to a problem to make a positive change. If you keep running away from problems and the opportunities it entails, you will keep running away from wealth. To create wealth, think of a problem in a land, come up with a solution to it and see how the money will chase you.

For example, there are many foreign companies in Africa today, that saw the opportunity in the problems Africans face, gave solutions to the problem, and got richer.

“The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem”.

Agriculture / Tackling Food Security In Nigeria; An Economic Issue by Suntwist: 3:46pm On Jun 09, 2021
Food security in Nigeria is fast becoming an alarming issue for the economy. In Nigeria, farming is largely based on natural conditions which infer that crops have their ideal weather and seasons. A new study by the West African Network for Peace-building Nigeria (WANEP) NGO has shown Nigeria’s economic productivity could decrease by up to 11% by 2020 and up to 30% by 2050 as a result of climate change.

Although agriculture is a fast rising sector of the economy; the rapidly increasing food price has led to scarcity of some food produce in the market. Also, the rate of demand doesn’t match up with the rate of supply. The ever increasing demand of farm produce calls not just for a need for expansion but an innovative expansion. Nigeria is to seek alternative farming system that will not only guarantee high yield, but also low cost per hectre.

Greenhouses typically yield far more than open field farming. A small sized greenhouse sitting on one eight of a plot of land can have a yield commensurate with an open field farm of one acre of farmland. Greenhouses are very profitable with higher returns on investment than open field farming due to high yield crop production. Greenhouse systems also ensure monitored nutrients supply through ‘fertigation’. This ensures production of nutrients laden healthy food crops from farm to table thereby efficiently supporting the nutritional needs of consumers.

Here at Suntwist, we have taken the initiative to explore modern methods of cultivation via large scale greenhouse farming in order to ensure maximum yield and healthy farm produce. Suntwist Nigeria Limited is set to achieve large scale greenhouse farming through the ‘Go Green’ project to combat low productivity by providing year-round availability of nutrient-controlled food crops in a bid to reach her agri-business potential and food security goals.

Bearing in mind our reputation of good ROI generation for our sponsors over the years; partner with us as we fight back using large scale greenhouse revolution across different regions of the 39 million hectares of Nigeria’s arable land mass to ensure;

High yield crop production
Massive job creation
High returns generation
Climate-independent crop production
Nutrient-controlled crop production

Business / Financial Freedom: A Way To Control Your Finances by Suntwist: 2:47pm On Jun 08, 2021
Financial freedom is about you taking control of your finances and not allowing your finances to control you, it’s about taking ownership of your finances. It’s about planning your long-term financial situation by saving for a rainy day. Being financially free means you have a genuine source of income you could rely on when you need it, which allows you to live life the way you want it

Here are some tips for financial freedom:

Set life goals:
Why do you need money? Write down how much you should have in your savings account, the lifestyle it entails and the year you must achieve all this. The more specific your goals are the possibility of achieving them. Be disciplined with your goals. Set life goals both big and small and create a blueprint for achieving them.

Live within your means:
The path to financial freedom begins with a step many people overlook. You should prioritize building a strong financial foundation of savings before you move on to spending and investing. Rather than assuming wealth is only meant for people who earn more, you should also know that middle-class people can move from monthly salaries to a financially stable lifestyle as they spend less than they earn. Being frugal is the wise purchase of important items and the responsible stewardship of such possession.

Monitor your credit:
A person’s credit report influences any interest rate relating to loans, car, truck, or refinances, or whether they have access to loans and what interest rate they receive. It likewise impacts unrelated things such as insurance and life insurance premiums. The reason is that someone with reckless financial habits is also likely to be reckless in other aspects of life, such as consuming and driving. It is important to get a credit report at regular intervals.

Make budgets:
Making a monthly budget and adhering to it is the best way to make sure all bills are paid and savings are on track.

Have an emergency fund:
It is important to have an emergency fund, which can be used for unexpected expenses because you might be tempted to take out of your savings to pay off debt, this could backfire. Instead of choosing debt over savings or vice versa, direct a portion of your available cash to each priority every month.

Invest:
There is no better way to grow your money other than investing. You don’t need a large income to achieve financial freedom. Some families who earn a lot might have huge debts to pay, these debts ensure they will never be wealthy. Cashew farming has been known over the years to be very lucrative, as investing in them yields a lot of profit.
If you're still wondering what is special about Cashew-Cassava, trust us, it has a lot of spec. Want to know more? Keep reading.
