Osagyefo98:Lol.... enjoy your delusion dude. the British empire had many nationalities under her, it doesn't make those nationalities British. if Benin empire of old has some Igbo villages under its influence, it dosent stop those villages from been Igbo. if an anioma person has offended you, you shouldn't take it to this level na....Lol |
Osagyefo98:you sound like an impotent man trying hard to force himself into a young lady....Lol ani oma is igboland. your rant remains inconsequential. |

Donmedra:https://opinion.premiumtimesng.com/2015/04/28/pat-utomi-and-igbo-nationalism-by-remi-oyeyemi/ pls help yourself out. |
EasternActivist:my brother don't mind them, they are attention-seekers. every seasoned historian knows we have Midwest igbos or bendel Igbo or anioma. The river Niger roughly divides igboland into two, western Igbo and eastern Igbo. this is simple geography. okonjo iweala jay jay okocha tony elumelu pat utomi "air raid" achuzia the biafran war hero Kaduna nzeogwu etc etc these and more have openly professed their Igboness. don't mind the OP and his fellows insecure goons. they are comedians. |
schoolboij:your illiteracy and ignorance is appalling |
winj3:as usual you rant and curse when you have nothing else to say. signs of mental disorder. your Gowon started the war. stop rewriting history. |
winj3:maybe you were there in Congo where he was "desk clerking". he was also "desk clerking" when he was appointed queen Elizabeth's equerry. he was a "desk clerk" when he fought bravely in world war 2. he was a "desk clerk" went he was appointed sir MacPherson ADC... he was a "desk clerk" when he aborted the coup in Lagos. both you and theophilus danjuma are morons. |
malakaimoscondo:he didn't spare the coup plotters, he jailed them while they awaited trial proceedings. some sections of the country like the press media and formidable student unions at the time actually hailed them as revolutionists, so it was a tricky situation. what the northerners wanted was a speedy execution. Ironsi disagreed. he promoted northern military officers to envying heights and even had some as his confidant. |
immature people discussing what they know little or nothing about. somehow i thank God Nigeria is suffering under this jihadist government so that their brains can be reformatted. Nigerians are so so myopic. exaggerating ironsi's mistakes won't conceal the hate and envy you lots have had for sincere and honest men like ironsi and fajuyi. ironsi's only crime was not executing the couppplotters immediately and also, that he was IGBO. anybody saying otherwise is just a zombie. |
Godblesspmb:when your are done with your rants, you can continue eating your moms chicken. children all over the thread. |
virago:I'm done with your self-righteous stance. I'm now evil because I returned the favor to a knucklehead? thank you. |
virago:I celebrate success regardless of tribe.... but he is clannish and downplays others. follow his post and stop being sentimental. |
virago:you are barking at the wrong tree. |
CityNGR:mehn....I envy the weed you smoked. |

Auladimeji1:its Xmas season and you are still spewing hate. this disease has really taken its toll on you. anyway, it feels great to realize you are my Xmas chicken. inferiority complex can be so demeaning....Lol... |
Axis313:that's the problem with ngbatis. when we sincerely try to celebrate you guys, you begin to claim superiority. Have you heard of Eni Njoku jnr.? the first NASA scientist from Nigeria? infact he rose so high that he won various group NASA award and was inducted as a visiting fellow of MIT's Faculty, something very rare with blacks. https://mlkscholars.mit.edu/enjoku/ follow this link and know more about him https://www.nairaland.com/2535707/meet-dr-eni-njoku-jnr |
DexterousOne:its UNN, they make you understand harsh business terrains from the practicable standpoint. Most world class banker/economists are from UNN. e.g Herbert wigwe (Access bank), Peter Obi (Fidelity bank), Oby Ezekwesiki (former world bank VP), Arunma Oteh (former DG, SEC and VP/treasurer, World bank), Godwin Emefiele (Governor, central bank), Charles Soludo (former CBN Governor), etc. |
He had it all. He studied abroad. His father owned the bank. He had requisite banking experience. He was made the CEO of the bank which had attained strong international status. So what went wrong? Was Dozie Snr. wrong by appointing his son, Dozie Jnr. as the CEO Diamond Bank? Making sound business decisions and navigating Nigeria's business terrain is not necessarily something you learn from schools abroad or from the comfort zone of being shielded by an "all-powerful" dad. Dozie Snr. believed his son, Uzoma, had learnt all the tricks there is to learn in the trade, but recent news of merger-acquistion of the bank by another bank seems to indicate that there was something uzoma thought he could handle but couldn't. how creative was uzoma? how innovative was uzoma? how discerning was his business acumen? was he thinking his precedessors had done all the work that needed to be done? why was he not able to execute measures for the bank's sustainability? From what we now see, mergers and acquisitions seem to be the only attempt uzoma could think of in saving his father's (and invariably his own) banking business empire. would he say it is CBN's fault or the customer's fault or politicians fault? uzoma has no excuse. uzoma was over hyped and overestimated. uzoma clearly didn't have a full grasp on how the navigate Nigeria's aggressive business terrain. he was too "buttie" for it. Ajebutter in the making. A true silver spoonie. come January next year, there will be job less, salary cuts and demotions. it is so sad to be a diamond Banker right now. well, let's pray the merger cum acquisition takes banking to a higher level in Nigeria.
