sukkot: I'm not really that religious but you know for a long time the Arabs and blacks say that they were the moors. Maybe, this proves that the original moors that ruled parts of Spain for over 700 years were blacks... I don't know... |
How true is this? All the Western media are silent on this... Is that some big conspiracy? |
|
Coly2012: How exactly? ![]() An evil system that has caged people's children and turned them into a menace — it was when I was an "Nwaboi" that knew what alcoholism, patronizing prostitute, and stealing was. Funny enough, I was castigated for not engaging deeply in any of these vices by my colleagues yet the stupid "oga" hated me for no reason. I was treated like sh*t. It must be regulated! |
vowiski: This is similar to what happened to me, that bastard wasted all my teenage years and got mad because I said I'm done with the physical and emotional abuse. This was after I found out that despite the hell I was passing through, there was no written agreement on my case. Can you imagine? Would such a thing happen unnoticed if it was regulated?! This is why a lot of Igbo men are all over the world pushing drugs, Nwaboi apprenticeship system encourage people to be lovers of money — the real Igbo man died in 1970. We have forgotten who we are in the name of ikpata Ike... I know they will attack me but this is the bitter truth. |
Straybullet: It must be regulated! It has now become a damning beacon of death! If your son goes through what these young men have gone through, you won't be saying this nonsense. When Biafra is actualized, Nwaboi apprenticeship system will be modernized and perfected — no more archaic rules to cage people's children and end up making them a menace to the society. |
If this is true, I 100% support this! While the apprenticeship system has created many millionaires, it has also destroyed a lot of people's dream. It has become an horrific bottomless pit where the dreams of innocent Igbo youth are sunk. How do I know? I was a victim. Regulate Nwaboi apprenticeship system now! |
Is this really my fatherland? 😳 It's beautiful. I hope to visit Biafraland this year by God's grace. |
When I see "rich" people taking advantage of others because of their wealth, I hardened my heart in my belief of "an eye for an eye." If you think that because you're from a wealthy family that you can mess with me or my loved ones, I will spend the rest of my life as a serial killer. In 20 years to come, a rich kid will be watching a scary documentary about a serial killer who k*lled an entire family because of injustice. |
This is motivating, I will get there soon. Congratulations. |
AfroBeatDiary: I don't understand. |
HugeElephant: I don't know why but something told me to reply to this comment even if I'd end up risking my anonymity. I've been told all my life (especially in my teens) that I behaved and looked older than my age. To survive the street, I had to hang around people older than me, I've never had a "friend" that's my age — matter of fact, I was one of the youngest student in my class back in high school but everybody believed I was older than them. When I was 15, I told everyone that I was in my 20s — although I looked younger but it helped me get jobs, I even worked in a betting shop when I was 16. I make myself look older by dressing old-fashioned, leaving my beards, and I'm also hairy plus I behave mature. Any yeah, in that picture above, I distorted it to at least stay a little bit anonymous, made the picture stay 'closeup'... — it was all premeditated. Here's a picture of me without beards:

Recardo: I see people making up stupid assumption of me being a "criminal" because I said I spent my teenage years in prison without ever wondering if I was actually talking about a real prison. There's a reason metaphor exist as a figure of speech! And about posting on social media platforms, I'm not active on social media. When it's time for that, it will be on YouTube first. I'm not fazed by anybody's comment, just replying because I understand how the Nairaland algorithm works. |
CallTheCops: It's not my fault that there are still dumdums like you who don't understand that some people are naturally hairy. Stop being a bvtch, boy you don't have a vàginà. |
shortgun: You do you and let me do me, this thread was created for a reason so instead of raising dust for no reason, focus on yourself. |
Xerxes336: Normal hustling to sustain myself. Publishing books on online bookstores like Amazon. I'm anxious but I have to win. |
Day 1 I'm anxious...

Yes, I'm gonna be taking a photo everyday and won't be shaving my beards until I make $500. I have been wanting to take a photo everyday since I was a teenager but I spent most of my teenage years in prison so I didn't get to do that. This is because I didn't know I would turn 18, I thought I would die before I reached 18. I'm gonna be 22 on 28th of this month and I'm poor, the responsibilities on my shoulders is weighing me down. It's even more depressing looking back to see how I spent my teenage years. Anyway, last time I shave, those bumps became a thorn in my flesh — it all started when I was made to use shaving stick in that prison. I applied methylated spirit on my beards and it really got very dark and kinda filled up. So hey, let the challenge begin. So help me God... I will post an altered picture here. Modified: I forgot to take a photo yesterday being April 28 — I was at work all day, I actually wanted to take the photo in the morning before the work got serious but it skipped my mind. I slept off after a hectic day only to wake up minutes past 5 the next day so I took a photo immediately to replace the one for 28. To punish myself, I shaved just my beards (on 4/29/2024) — that's pretty good punishment because I looked like a caveman . |
While we await the results of the investigation, I think we need to ask this simple question... Honestly I'm curious: what exactly do terrorist groups like ISIS want? |
dkidd: You know her well! |
Anunakeeh: Finally someone who understands what's going on . That sh*t is so annoying! |
LalastiklaIa: @budaatum and the OP, where y'all at? I'm still on the journey, it's not easy but we keep pushing... |
wisdomkid: I will win, thank you. Edit: I don't even remember saying I was referring to a specific person. |
Balablue64: I hustle my own way, you do you and I do me. Even this thread was created for a reason... |
