I did mine today but drank water by 2 or 3 and decided to break it, I was also about creating a thread to notify the Moslem and Christian community that they're not the only ones going through Ramadan and Lent because a lot of Nigerians are on a voluntary fasting. I'm seriously considering taking it seriously because I really want God to dissolve this country and wipe out this generational shame in the black "race". |

Blupen: my brother this life is not even real, it's an illusion I love this, when you have such mentality, things like racism and tribalism would never make sense to you. Yes, you would have some sentiments mostly because of where you were raised but you would never see life like the others. I watched this YouTube video where the guy goes to npcs in the video game and try to convince them that the life they were living was all fake and programmed by some humans. Guess what? None of them believed, they all said he was talking BS. Now imagine someone telling you that everything you've gone through — y'know, your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions were all part of an illusion 😳. |

olawale780: Life is a gift No, life is suffering — no matter how rich I know I will become, I still wish I was never born. I envy those who have never been here, death is greater than living. It only hurts because you've got loved ones and losing you would break them. |

People like @yarimo and @goodnewsforlife would never understand that life's just a game, it's left for you to make the right decision as a character and that's if the creator allows you to do so. We don't know why we were put on Earth, so we created some differences like religion and ethnicity to make us feel special. If you're reading this, I urge you to spend your life doing what you love as long as it's not detrimental to others — that way, when you journey to the unknown realm, you wouldn't have to deal with baggages of regret. That emotion will break you... |

Most of y'all are just bunch of comics, if Mr. Tinubu wishes to stay in government for 12 years; no obedient can stop him. You have all forgotten that this is Africa and how powerthirsty these politicians are. Anyway I don't care about Nigeria because like I have always maintained, dissolution is the best option for this country. Till then, y'all can keep disgracing mother Africa and proving them white supremacists right! |

madridguy: I need not to google anything. Just paste a video just like Chioma's video against Erisco that anyone did against Indomie. I'm sure you will attack me withe the usual "I don't care" however it is high time you take a break and go through some of your comments. From some of your comments I come across, you say your mind and make a little sense unlike @yarimo that I've known since I was a teenager and a guest in this forum. But I digress, this was a perfect opportunity for the company to sell more of their products; every coolheaded businessman would know this. The first time I saw that screenshot of her criticizing the company, it had very few reactions but when the company arrested her, it blew up! Sometimes, it's not everybody that every publicity works for, for a company that specializes on foods, this negative publicity will badly affect their sales. This lady might have been wrong but this could have been handled better way because looking at this, one can tell the company is obviously doing exactly what corrupt powerful people do — get drunk with power while stepping on their adversaries and the poor. |

If that company really did that, then it must go down! This can only happen in Nigeria, even big companies in the US would think twice before commiting such a blunder! |

daddytime: This is gradually turning into a self-hate discuss.
I feel sorry for slave descendants the world over because their plight are unique and the same. Systemic, endemic, and institutionalized battery and racism.
You'd think we African born and bred are better of, but my brother, every indicator points to the contrary.
You won't understand the effects of years of deliberate beat-downs and generational and psychological torture. You won't understand it particularly if you were already prejudicial from the get go.
Check out the black South Africans, the Surinames and most black Carribean enclaves including the Australian aboriginals. Only then will you begin to understand the extent of the damages done to these people's psyche on a generational level and that we the so-called freeborns in our motherland aren't fairing any better than the AAs you condemn here.
What excuses do we have. .who are the leaders we complain about..aren't they from amongst us..what have we done to change the status quo? You made a lot of sense, the OP did too but in a wrong way. Us Nigerians are quick to point finger at others forgetting the other fingers are pointing at us. |

Shokoloko: That victim mentality is as a result of trauma.
Come to Nigeria, people are sitting down and complaining against the government. Go and get voters cards then? No way, they won"t. Victim mentality
Come to Canada. See the native Americans doing the same thing. They have been broken.
Have you seen a broken person before, who does not believe in themselves. Who does not feel they are worth anything. These people suffered rape (even the men were raped, children were raped), hanging, slavery, for 400 years. It wont be easy for them to recover.
It is not time for us to point accusing fingers at them until we turn Nigeria into Utopia. This same OP opened a different thread gloating about how he wasn't going to pay down the loan he took from a loan company. He is killing someone's business, rendering people jobless and coming here to tell BAs how they don't want to work. You made a lot of sense too, I get what the OP is saying but Nigerians insult these guys while their own country is a shit hole and cursed. |

HenryWilliams: It's not easy raising a child with epilepsy or autism..those conditions will challenge any parent up to their limit and endurance. Not excusing the murderous mother tho. They won't understand. My big brother is over 30 years old and since from birth, he's not been able to walk, talk, hear, or have a normal flexible body. Just thinking about him makes me sad and imagining how he'd be feeling seeing his little siblings walking around, getting married, and all that shít breaks my heart. Too much suffering for one man when living on Earth even as an healthy man is enough suffering. 😭 I really wanna see my brother walk or at least do things for himself, when I get wealthy, I will take him to the best hospitals in the world and see if they can help him. I can't imagine how painful it is for my mom seeing her first child like that. |
Romance › Re: Are Igbos Mixed? Why Do I Feel Pity For This Girl? by SuperOnyi(op): 6:59pm On Mar 10, 2024 |
VinCheckr: Here is the answer to your question, through science we were able to find out that Africa is the cradle of the human race and Africans have the highest levels of genetic and phenotypic variation among all humans. This means that Africans are the originals that produced different human race.
Having traveled to some countries in the world and met many people from different African countries I can authoritatively tell you that it is not only the Igbos who have fair people among them. I have met fair people from Ivory Coast, Ghana, Ethiopia and Botswana. You can research on Gas, and Ewes tribe of Ghana.
Besides there are many fair Yorubas in Nigeria that are not mixed so how do you explain that? Africans are simply the originals from which other human races emanated.
Simple googling will give you proof of my submissions above. Thank you boss, I've read about that too but the Igbo people just fascinates me and the stereotypes that continues to live on made me bring the topic here because I wanted to read other people's thoughts. |

bobestman: You are right it is not by rape or intermarriages. If igbos were the last to be penetrated by the colonial thieves, the light skinned ppl should also be many among other tribes in Nigeria. We are Ndi mbu and capable of producing all shades of colours. Their are light skinned ppl here whose parents are both black. Yes 2 black parents can give you a white or light skinned child. Igbos are ppl of 2 colour - Nkannu/cainaan/black/ham and red/light skinned/shem. Ever had of red igbos? Our colour has nothing to do with mixing. It predates mixing. Ala igbo bu isi ala uwa I may not agree with everything but I think your explanation makes a lot of sense. |

You're a f*cking racist.
Same crude oil has built roads, bridges, primary schools, secondary schools, universities, hospitals, housing estates, airports, seaports, power plants e.t.c all over Nigeria.
When your fellow Whyte people ruled Nigeria from 1840s to 1960 there was no University in Nigeria, no power plant in Nigeria, literacy rate was 5%, no pipe borne water, no housing estates e.t.c

codemaniacs: You have a mental problem and you're a racist..
Money is everything.
If Nigeria had money a dollar would at worst be 100 naira. If Nigeria had money it citizens would not be interested in japa. If Nigeria had money there would be 24 hour electricity. If Nigeria had money there would be better transportation services. If Nigeria had money there would be no terrorism. If Nigeria had money there would better schools and hospitals. If Nigeria had money there would be unemployment benefits. If Nigeria had money there would be health insurance for every Nigerian. If Nigeria had money there would be better security in Nigeria.
So stop saying rubbish Let's be rude! You're a very uséless bastàrd! Stupid fvck, do I look like your politicians who have embezzled over 500 billion dollars? Shut the fvck up! How did I become a racist here? Because I told y'all the truth? Dumb fvck, the white man didn't stop your politicians from using the little y'all got to build a good society! okoroemeka: I don't doubt you there is this young teenage girl that lives close to our company in imo state, she is so light skinned that her eyes are blue in colour, infact you will mistake her for a mulatto but her mother is black and her father even blacker than black, the best a d only explanation is that the whitemans Gene is still running amock How's that gene still present when you claimed it's from Europeans? How many women did these Europeans ràpe or "marry"? Where is it spread all over groups speaking igboid language? From Ebonyi to even Igboid groups in Rivers who have made it claim that they ain't Igbos. I used to know this girl, she was my junior in school — Chioma. She had green eyes and lightskinned but kind of tanned since it was in the North, I later saw her mom and she had colored eyes too. |
