RMoneyInTheBank: ..let me educate some of us how this people cash out...
First, I am not interested in what she has done, and what am about to write is not referring to what she has done... Just trying to educate some of us here
Secondly, some of our celebrities use this format to cash out and it goes like this, they will claim to own a social welfare scheme, or the will claim to own an NGO... Mind you, they are already after having some fan base.. Either on twitter , instagram, facebook, or even the entertainment industry... That alone will sell them and their NGO's to an extent, ...now they will Bidget how much to risk.. Let's say 400,000 naira ..either organise skill acquisition or entrepreneurial development for certain group of people in a locality ....take pictures of the whole thing, some even go as far as printing T shirts...
Now those pictures of the event will be sent to foreign countries and foreign donors saying that that's their hobby or that's what they do for a living beside bin a celeb... The aim is to solicit for more funds to enable them continue, they will even send pictures to convince those they are soliciting funds from... Some of these donors natural want to give especially when it comes to Africa because they know Africa needs help... Some may want to verify to see if actually actually the NGO exist, and when they will google it, they will confirm that it actually exist because they will stubble on topics like this one, and say Ye... This person is actually helping humanity, ....at this point they are convinced ....so anytime I see pictures of one celeb doing this and snapping pictures or doing on NGO thing, I just laugh.. The hussle is real... This format works well for those that already have a name
Next is to send money... One million dollars can be sent, fifty thousand dollars can be sent...
Guess what ? Uncle or aunty done cash out Go and create your own NGO, gather kids and snap with them, send the picture abroad and get your own donations too. Abi you no need money too. Una go just open mouth waaaaaa!. |

owobokiri: 1) Reduce the cost of government by trimming down the executive to no more than 12 ministerial positions and sacking the hundreds of hangers on that call themselves the aids and PAs...
2) Start a constitutional change to have just a UNICAMERAL legislature at the federal and regional levels to run the oversight functions of the law makers, cutting off the redundant House of Assemblies at the state levels that are nothing but conduits for malfeasance..
3) Drastically reduce the budgeted amounts that are yearly earmarked as running costs for both the executive and the legislature. And when I say, reduce, I mean we should have a unicameral legislature with no more than 90 men with a yearly budget of about 1/10 of what they use now!
4) Fight corruption with firing squad! I mean, as a civil servant or as a politician, you must swear an additional oath or pledge, supported by either a family member or your religious leader that if you are convicted beyond reasonable doubt by a well constituted law court of corruption, you should be lined up at the bar beach and be perforated with the ratatatatata of the machine guns!
5) Strengthen the Army and the police through a very no nonsense recruitment and training regime, cut off corrupt army officers , rebuild barracks (they're the dirtiest places in Nigeria) and use cash gotten from the reduction of the cost of running government to enhance compensation policies across the coercive arms of the state.
6) It's obvious the military can't be funded to war as it's supposed to with whatever that is budgeted for them, so it's essential to look and think out of the box if you want to see recent fighter jets and submarines and tanks here... So investigate the corrupt processes that is going on in the banks, the telecom sector, the cement industries, lotto companies and the oil blocs awarding process, ... Open a business angle dedicated to getting lion shares in these areas for the military and police and manage the funds very equitably... That's what the Chinese do..
7) Reduce nepotism in government! It kills nationalism! And without nationalism, the people can't come together to grow their country! Reduce the civil service too! They are way too many and inept! Infact use committees of technocrats to run you program until a healthy civil service is achieved since what we have there now is useless beyond redemption..
8 ) Order shoot at site for illegal miners! Enforce this law aggressively! Set up a special arm of the army, like the US marines, to be heading this area together with safeguarding important economic structures of the state like power stations, highways, oil wells and co..
9) Identify the core materials needed for road constructions which can be easily produced in Nigeria and invest HEAVILY there , employing jobless Nigerians so as to bring down the cost of constructing a kilometer of road to what is obtained globally. Then declare an emergency on road construction, in order to build modern roads that are solid enough to last for decades and wide enough to sustain modern day transportation..
10) Speed trains! Amaechi trains belong to the last century. Build speed trains here!
11) Declare an emergency on the power sector. Build coal and gas powered power plants near the source of the minerals. Build big like South Africa!! 5000 megawatts in a plant. Not all these multitude of power stations being built everywhere. Improve the destribution systems too.
12) Somehow, nationalize the banks. I know this one will make you tighten your anus but be very aware that no country will ever grow if it's banking system is in the hands of local rogues and foreign brigands! They are just lending to traders , that's why we're the biggest importers from China! Lend to production companies and farmers. Otherwise it's just a machinery for capital flight...
I can go up to 100 if you want! These are easily achievable by an astute president not driven by parochial pulls and class interest.. I hope you know that achieving the above in a democratic state is mostly paper talk. How do you plan to wrestle with the other arms of government because the president is just one. We have seen the senators challenging the president on many occasions already especially as it concern reducing their budget expenditures. How do you eliminate political godfathers that cleared the way for you to win the election? How do you stop state governors from looting the money that are given to them given that they are not directly under the president's powers? Also how do you make the corrupt Judiciary stand by you when a case is open between you and the richer citizens? Your points are good no doubt but in the Nigerian system a lot of problems exists. |

My friend told me about a convid19 fund request form.I will have to fill in my BVN,account details and some other personal information.
I was told 49 percent of the fund I get would be transferred to a certain account number (I don't know who). And the remaining 51 percent split equally between us.
Now,the problem is,I have this fear I am being used as a front to get a loan.Although he denied this;but I can't stop feeling there is something shady about this.I don't want a situation where cash inflows into my account, would get deducted in the future as that won't be fair, since I am getting about 25 percent of the whole money.
Lalasticlala, move to front page as there could be a snake move in this happenings. Do not take such deal, it is likely a money laundry tactics. |

I was just trying to say that those who introduced Buhari as the redeamer and the anti corruption czar that we needed in1983 were just trying to sell dog poop as candy... don't mind those debt recovery people o, they are just looking for their commission and nothing else. But stay away from borrowing through all this loan shark companies the interest rates are too much and there are high chances you wont be able to meet up with servicing the loan. 60% interest is just too big for a human to accept. |

Goldenfinger5: I met this fixed match channel on telegram - FIXED TIPS ARENA with one Alves Queros as the admin. I'm skeptical with things like that but I just felt I can try something new cos I need money. They charge 121€ for their fixed games Everything in the channel looks legit but I have my reservations. I want to know if anyone have encounter him before, what happened after payment and if the winnings there are true.
Pls Mod can move it to front page so many people can be aware if it's a scam cos 121€ no be beans in this buhari era
Thanks Why not ask yourself this question; If he truly has fixed games why not sell his phones, laptops and even house to play the games and become a millionaire rather than being a beggar. You better use your sense of logic in things like this, and dont be surprised that a Nigerian, Indian or Russian is behind this scam you want to feed with your sweat. Fixed games exists but are not sold because those that have it play the games with heavy cash and also know that leaking such games can lead to jail time for anybody involved, they rather give it to you for free than collect that chicken change that hungry scammer is demanding from you. |

Investor0011: Nairalanders please i need urgent help I was having 4.5 million worth of btc in binance wallet yesterday. 4 bnb worth 1 million naira plus and 2 Ethereum bought at 2.5 but it's now 3million plus as of yesterday. I decided to stake some coin on trust wallet, so i transferred 2 bnb from my binance to my trust wallet and staked it to be getting 29% apr for one week every 3 days.. So this morning I decided to move all my coin to trust wallet because it's a savings wallet and not an exchanged site like binance. Something surprising happened. After i did that my Ethereum which was supposed to be 3 million naira plus dropped to 2.5million. And all my coin reduced to 3.7 million in total and it was 3.9 million in binance this morning, moving my 2 Ethereum and remaining 2 bnb, plus my staked bnb I'm supposed to be seeing a balance of 4.5 million or 4.4 million at worse but I'm left with only 3.7 million. Binance and trust wallet owned by binance seems to be a fraudulent organization. For your information i was charged just 3k to transfer my Ethereum and less than 1k to transfer my bnb so i don't really know where the loss of my remaining money went to. I'm running at a lost of almost 500k because i decided to move my coins from binance to trust wallet owned by binance. Please help me These are some pictures attached below. You did not lose any money at all. The difference you are seeing is due to exchange rate calculation between trust wallet and Binance. Binance uses the Nigerian black market rate of #500+ for computation, meaning you have to buy Usdt and busd etc at the black market exchange rate. Trust wallet on the other hand uses the CBN exchange rate of #400/$ to compute your assets. To make it clear for you go to your trust wallet settings and change it to dollars, now compute the dollar amount at #500/$ and then do another for #400/$ and you will see no money is missing. If you send it back to Binance and they do their computation it will be back to the amount you saw in the morning. Also for experiment send 1 usdt to an empty trustwallet wallet and you will see that your balance is #400 or #410. Your money did not vanish nor missing. Bonus knowledge; Móonpay sells usdt/busd at #397/$, but same Usdt/busd sells for #600+ on Binance trading platform, big traders buys from moónpay and sell at binance for an arbitrage gain. Moonpay uses CBN rate, Binance trades at black market rate too. . Oya pay me for my small lecture |

degamonn: Thanks for that. But can anyone confirm if actually Chrome consumes more data than other browsers because I actually use it. Chrome has no data setting and as such mostly load image/videos on facebook in high resolution. If you want an experiment, load facebook on opera and do same on chrome then compare the data usage. If I load 3GB data almost 2gb is taken by facebook via chrome alone and I do check facebook barely thrice a week spending an hour on each session. |
