What I do using a PC is, I press Ctrl+A to highlight everything, then Ctrl+C to copy everything, next I click enter at the beginning of the transcript to create a new segment, then Ctrl+V to paste everything in this segment. Then the snippets are gone. But I'll have to review the final transcript after editing to prevent segmentation errors.

I use a tablet so I will be unable to use the function keys you mentioned. Where you able to do same with a phone?

OND is a technical certificate for technicians, welders, lab technologists,e.t.c.
while NCE is an educational certificate for teachers, lecturers et.c.

NCE to me is more versatile and better due to the fact that you can work in both the technical, industrial and educational sector with it.

Yesterday and today have been funny on Qa world, everybody is complaining about 1 auto error or the other. Even a whole PAU C is complaining too, I even saw her asking for call clarification, this is the height of the current problem. I understand the frustration of one inverted speaker label but that's our rule that it will be rated a 1.

We are considering removing the re-do option altogether. I will likely be requesting for it so that there will be no further complications and frustrations of varying levels.

Everyone will just have to make sure to work on their transcript the best they can each time and not be reliant on the re-do courtesy.

Customers may experience delay banking with first bank today.
Some of the sacked staff described their sack as sudden.

Those requesting for ATM, opening of accounts were told to come back another as the systems failed to load.
