No matter what he was better that 200 Buharis put together , even as a pariah president with international sanctions on him and oil at 11 dollars per barrel Abacha was able to grow the Economy at a consistent 4 percent annually , maintain zero inflation , maintain a very stable naira and still fund the PTF headed by Buhari where is were I suspect most if the looting took place in his name .

Jonathan made 381 billion dollar from oil, he was in the best position to build refineries. Buhari hasn't make half of that amount and he's doing turn around maintenance on the existing refineries. Let's hope the turn around is successful.
