People should be working in the construction sector right now. They should do the same thing they do to those oil company workers. Test them for the virus, Isolate them in secluded accommodations during the incubation period, move them to the work accommodation and get them to work. I see no reason why grown men should be locked in when they do not have the virus. Send them out to build. If oil company workers can work, then use the same formula for other sectors that can be controlled like this.
