aribisala0: He needs to get 25% of the votes in 24 out of 36 States
I think He Will Struggle in the SE/SS
1 Abia 2 Anabra 3. Ebonyi 4Enugu 5 Imo
6 Akwa Ibom 7 Bayelsa 8 Cross River 9 Delta 10 Edo 11 Rivers
I think he will get Edo = 1/11
Remaining 23 from 25
Middle Belt 12. Benue No chance 13 Kwara ( Hmm) I don't see this 14. Taraba Again no Chance
15 Kogi Riggqable 16 Nassarawa Probable 17 Plateaua Riggable Riggable 18 Niger Babangida's state That leaves the NW and SW and NE 19 Sokoto 20 Kebbi 21 Zamfara 22 Kaduna 23 Katsina 24 Kano
I think these are all riggable
25 Adamawa 26 Borno 27 Gombe 28 Yobe 29 Bauchi 30 Taraba very doubtful
think he will get these too
Once again he needs the SW . He needs every single state. I do not see this happening in 31Ekiti and 32Ondo BUT 33 Lagos he will get
34 Ogun 35Oyo 36 Osun These 3 states I think will be shared Lagos he will not get you think all lagosians are fool and tied to tinubu's apron |

I think we should also start the campaign not to return any of those members of NASS,.in the next election ,they have not lived to expectations, they are supposed to make our democracy thrive,to ensure the people enjoy dividend of democracy, by keeping the executive in check but failed to do so ,they must go |

Politics › Re: 12 Steps To Impeach The President Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria by surgical: 11:23pm On Apr 26, 2018 |
lecowas: See according to what I learnt from what the op posted, the following are extremely crucial to scale through the impeachment process: 1)the NASS must have at least 2/3 of the members 2)they must rely on the report of the panel constituted by the CJN
As it stands: Nass can't get that number a)because the Hausa NASS members will not want osinbanjo(a Yoruba) to be president b) the executive will threaten the stubborn ones among them with efcc because they all have skeleton in their cupboard c)APC governors are 24 and they wield enormous power on their national assembly representatives(that's if they want to use it.
2)the CJN as it stands is an ally of the President and will therefore constitute a panel that favors him. Once that's done, the NASS are toothless bulldogs The NASS made the cjn ,cjn by compelling Osinbajo to forward his name after buhsri condemned him to acting cjn, first in history, 2/3 is easy to secure because by so doing, they are saving their own ass as buhari is threatening all of them, self preservation is the first law |

lecowas: U're are even bringing up moral lesson from ur assumption.(that's funny tho) but remember the NASS were not able to override the initial bill he vetoed. This is very different, if it were to be on medical ground now ,I would say it will be tough if not impossible but this one depends on the way the NASS wants to handle it but so far its doesn't seem they are a courageous lot,in the end nothing might happen |

Politics › Re: 12 Steps To Impeach The President Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria by surgical: 10:00pm On Apr 26, 2018 |
lecowas: Thanks for this piece. I even thought it solely depends on NASS if they want to impeach the President, little did I know the CJN and a panel of his are involved. In fact, the power to impeach has to do with the report of the panel constituted by the CJN (based on number 10 clause). I don't think the NASS will be able to scale through at this stage let alone mobilizing two-third of its members. Impeachment is synonymous with impossicant. oga as it stands today, buhari can. be Impeached without much difficulty, he has played into the hands of mass only that they may not want to do it. lesson, no matter your position humility pays there is always tomorrow, and don't lose your head to sycophants and praise singers, now his fate lies in the hand of the cjn his cabal did not want him to appoint and the bass he so much lothed ,despised ,harassed, and undermined as if he has all the powers in a democracy |

Remember how Buhari defeated GEJ? Trust me Moghalu currently has the lowest fan base especially in South-West and North-Central

Why did the executive wait till the US deadline was approaching before hurriedly making payment. This approval from Trump's administration to buy the aircrafts was given since last year? Why didn't PMB follow due process in securing National assembly approval since last year? He is now writing to inform them after doing the deed This is unconstitutional and impeachable offence. but dull and fear fear national assembly who have been intimidated to submission will not have the gut nor the balls to do anything. |
