Good morning all, please i need aivice. I have a study gap of 3 years but only 2years is accounted for in my CV. I practically spent 1 whole year waiting and hoping on Teesside university. I left my job ending of january 2021, haven't updated my CV since applying to Teesside Uni in june 2021. they finally gave me CAS some weeks back against september 2022. please will that 1 year gap cause any issues and what can i use to cover for it. i actually got a new job in january this year but adding it to my CV might raise brows and will be different from the one i submitted to the school which gave me CAS. Gurus please advice me. I want to do my biometrics next week. |

URGENT PLEASE HELP Good morning gurus I recently got my CAS from Teesside University. Please I need assistance with Visa application 1. Since the time I applied to Teesside university, I have changed address (state), got a new job and updated my CV. Should I use my updateed CV and address when applying for Visa or the old one I used to apply for admission ? 2. I have a relative in UK I now plan on staying with but as at the time of doing my pre-CAS checks, I stated I would stay in school accommodation. Though I still stated I have a relative in UK. In my application should do I say I will stay in hostel or I will be staying with my realative..How do I go about it 3. I have name spelling decrepenances on my passport and my Undergraduate Cert. I have affidavit for that. I did a notary public affidavit which has my previous address and I just did another one at high court in my new address. Which should I use for visa application ? 4. My TB test result will expire on may 9th. Can I still use it to apply for Visa or I should wait and do test ? |

Good day Gurus, Please I am doing my application and have some questions. 1. I have gotten a job, changed location and updated my CV since the time I applied to the school. Should I use the updated CV and new address when applying for Visa or the one I used in applying for admission. 2. I have a relative In the UK now plan on staying with but as at last year in my pre CAS checks I stated I was going to stay in the school Hostel but I have now changed plans. When filling the visa application, what should I answer in "do you know where you would stay?" and "will you stay with you realative ?" giving that I earlier said I would stay in hostel. 3. Hello guys. I have name discrepancy between my Undergradute Certificate and my international passport. my Undergraduate Certificate bears AUSTIN KENE OKEKE while my passport and other documents bear OKEKE KENECHUKWU AUSTIN. I have two affidavits addressing the issue which i did at Ikeja High court. one of them is the official affidavit from the court but i had to use a lagos address (different from my real address which is kaduna). The second of is a Notary Public which carries my real address i.e the address on all my other documents. Please which do you suggest i use for VISA application ? |

Good Morning guys. I have a sister in the UK, living close to the school I want to study in (Teesside University), she lives 15 mins away from the campus. She is married so we no longer have the same surname. Please do I have to state this in my pre-CAS (Mandatory Questionnaire) and Visa interview or I should say 'i don't any relative in the UK' since our surnames are different. I plan to stay with her though. atleast before i find my feet. Gurus in the house, please what do you suggest ? |

Hi guys ....I have gotten 4 offers from UK schools University of Dundee Scotland University of south Wales University of sunderland University of Huddersfield But I am still waiting to hear from the school I prefer (Teesside University), this is because I know someone who stays around there so accomodation is kinda sorted. I see myself doing some rush work and last minute preps as September done almost reach ... please I need advice on what things I need to put in place while I wait and what is the minimum time I can use to make it to the UK in September (all things being equal) PS: Incase I don't get an offer from Teesside University, then University of sunderland will be my next option |

I resigned from my job in February(currently Unemployed) tho I make money from crypto trading, I also do photography (not registered with CAC). My parents are sponsoring my travel logistics including visa fee while my sister will accomodate and cater for me once i get there. My passport is a virgin passport. My parents have been to the uk several times (3 times in the last 10 years). I think thats all the info i have. Please I need advice/tips on how to go about the Visa application especially in terms of employment status and income. thanks |

With the current situation not just in Nigeria but in the world at large, it has been advised that we stay indoors. Internet is 2nd to food during this lockdown period as the rate of data consumption has skyrocketed. This thread is to share our current data plans and to know which is the best and most cost efficient. I use an Airtel 4G MIFI. I think the best Airtel subscription now is their 6gb for #1500 valid for 7days. I have also heard about MTN 20gb for #3500. Hello Guys ! I just finished university and my NYSC batch will be in July. I want to start Photography and little Videography . Please what is the most Reasonable Camera (Quality and Price wise) to buy. I was thinking between Nikon d3500 and Nikon d5300, now someone is telling me to go for Nikon d90 (which i feel is old).
