Take it easy! Do not kill yourself cos you got a job! Folks are killiong themselves to get a job after school and here you are getting sleepless nights cos you got a job!

One thing at a time son. Eventually you will get the hang things but you need to do that with a cool head. The fact that the firm employed you is a testament of the fact that they are satisfied with what they have. To tackle one of your problems-the one that has to do with creating a database of PLR articles for our teeming readership.
I am guessing that your firm do some sort of journal or article writing which they would want their readers to follow and read online? If that is the case, then you will need to create some sort of online facility that will
1. Allow readers to access the journals online and
2. Allow you to constantly add and update the journals/articles in the online database from whence the readers will be supplied with them.


To tell you the truth, you do not have to know every thing in the IT field to succeed, you just have to be SMART! Yes, later you will come back and read how to do stuff like making a website but since you have just two weeks to show your talents, I recommend that you solve the immediate problems with immediate solution!

Google search for free Newspaper/Journal CMS and look for already prepared installable Websites for managing journals. Drupal ,ProsePoint,Joomla,DotNetNuke are some free CMS that can be used for managing articles/journals.
Look through the various CMSs. There will be one that you will find easy to use and manipulate. Study and practice how to use it in 2 weeks and make a test run on your own in your pc to practice if you have mastered the CMS well enough.
then you can show your bosses and one they see that you have started to make the effort, their confidence in you will grow.

Smart people use CMS, so do not think of it as 'cheating' since you did not build it from the scratch. Even this website is a CMS for online social forums. There's always a CMS for anything you want to manage and the best thing about it is that its free!

I have had many euruka monents.
My most memorable are when I made my first game, FlashQuiz. Then my next was when I made my bedroom light go on at the sound of my voice when I used my mic and pc. There have been many in between but the one I fancy the most is when I made my first mobile app that allowed voice messaging over the net. Had to abandon the project when I saw that the cost of sending voice mails with the app cost more than normal phone call and not all phones support it.

LATER ON HE COULD CONCENTRATE ON OTHER THINGS. HE RESPONSE? HE MENTIONED ALL HIS AWARDS AND CITED QUOTES THAT THE PRESIDENT AND SAID OF HIM AND SAID HE SOUGHT TO CREATE MORE THINGS.

THEN THE DRAGON LADY TOOK HER TIME TO CALMLY GET HIM TO SEE THAT IT WAS ALL ABOUT INVESTMENT IN BUSINESS, AND THAT HE HAD GOOD POTENTIALS BUT HE NEEDED TO FOCUS ON ONE PRODUCT SO THAT THEY COULD KNOW WHAT THEY WERE INVESTING IN.
