True... Nursing has more prospects than Zoology but zoology has its relevance too.. I am a graduate of zoology... I wanted to switch too but wasn't possible.... I currently work for an oil company and a consultant to some more... I specialized on Toxicology ...i don't regret a bit studying zoology.... W@ really counts is determination

Nursing and I've not struggled to get a job, I earn over twice what most of my friends that settled for less are earning and that's not counting the ones that don't have a job, and I have opportunities in different parts of the world if the plan is to settle outside Nigeria.

Don't even be deceived by accepting to believe you can change to MBBS after 100L. If your scores are all legit (no expo or special centre) then you can do better than botany(since you obviously don't like the course). You can choose to accept botany now and apply again next year if you have the funds or ignore it and try later. I gave up zoology then when I was offered cos I felt I could do better and I don't regret my decision now, one of the best decisions I made.

but there's no threat to throw him out just like that and whatever time he is given to move out after the case is concluded, he doesn't pay that period. And that's why I started with looking for a new place. If he gets a place sooner, better for him.

Why do you want to continue in fear of the known and unknown? Start looking for a new place, let him take you to court and give you a quit notice then let the court case drag for months before the eventually verdict that will give you extra 6-12 months without rent to move out. The sweetest part is that you are not obligated to pay a penny while the whole process is ongoing. Free housing for you for like a year(give or take). That will teach him to respect his tenants.
