Your name does not need to be included, the land belongs to the both of you, you're his dependent. In Nigerian, it is not valid to put the name of both partners as in Mr and Mrs. One name is ok. As long as you're married to him legally, everything he has/buys while the marriage is subsisting also belongs to you. You don't really need to bother yoursel too much. 1 Like |

With the recent 2023 general election, there's no other way anybody would have convinced me that tribalism is not as bad as racism. I saw open tribal hatred in a broad daylight. Till today, nothing has been done about it. People were deprived of voting simply because of where they came from. It is better for foreigners to discriminate you in their foreign land because of your skin type than for your own people to discriminate you in your own land because of your tribe and yet share the same skin. No laws in Nigerian to fight tribalism and yet a state is about to pass a law that will protect "Indigenes" and do you know what that means? It is that you have ended up empowering tribalism and trust me, it will get worse. Share your thoughts pls. |

Hello guys, please how do I open a shortcut file in windows 10? Ever since I upgraded my windows from 8 to 10, I have not been able to access that particular file. They keep telling me this: "C:\Users\user1\AppData\Roaming\Templates is unavailable. If the location is on this PC,make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted." Somebody should halp me pls, all my crucial documents are in that file. GOD! |

The moment we begin to debate something that is the right thing to do at a particular point in time, and which we aught to do, then there are those among those debaters like this OP who are just looking for a silly approval, a place to lay their hand to justify the the wrong thing which they have decided to do, but they know the obvious truth. And even now, I have not understood why this should be a topic to debate about when the scripture made it clear that fornication is a sin, and sex is only for married people. 1 Like |

Insecurity is escalating bicos powerful people in govt is behind it and security officials are also collaborators ... it's greed and selfishness of man. The ordinary man in the street didn't buy the guns or made any input as to the logistics. He's just a an errand footnote in the chain of political mafias. The mistake is that they are fighting insecurity from bottom instead of from the top and you can't penetrate the top bicos he who pays the piper dictates the tone. It's just so complex. |
