So who should punish them and when should they be punished?

Well I do not know if the poster is saying the truth or not but the fact remains that this incident happens everyday. This is very common in homes where house helps take care of the infants when the parents are not around. Most of these girls are domesticated. They find themselves in situation they can't help. They are not allowed to go out and are reported by every Tom, Dick and Harry-neighbours

The incidence narrated by the poster affects more of female child than the male. When it happens to the male child, you'll hardly know but that of the femae-child leaves a mark. The child cries uncontrollably while the ignorant mother goes about shouting teething symptoms. Don't be surprised that this has happened at one time or the other to some of you posters out there. Some babies have died as a result of the disease transmitted in the course of this sacrilegious act.

Why are many Igbos always quick to attack other tribes and give them bad names. Even when they come to another man's land all they do is to call them names. Not all of them do this but majority. I grew up in their midst so I know them. As regarding the issue of accusing the other tribes of attacking them because of their Xtianity Akigbearu is right.
