This is a great favour from the NDLEA. If they had crossed our border and caught in another country their head might have been listed with that of the chickens to be sacrificed for some gods. Buhari's government has decided to save these ones but he should let them serve at least 10 years to prevent them from another attempt because they will till go back to it. When I hear such names I don't envy their wealth because 9 out of 10 are from drugs. |

Dreamwaker: Federal Government sending the ambassador home is not the right move in my own opinion. I think arresting offenders before the leave the shores of Nigeria is the best move we can make to save the situation. Spending 10 years in Nigerian jail with names published is better than a death sentence. A death sentence to me is just too barbaric for such an offense. |

It is evident some people do not want this country to move forward regardless of what all meaningful Nigerians and Government do to alleviate the hardship in this country. I live here in the USA but filing for papers may not be as easy as you think. You will be living here illegally and this might affect your filing. To file for green card you need a clean record, USA would need a saint from Nigeria, those who have done same would understand what I mean. Besides you would want to file as an individual which is even more difficult. As an individual you would need a National Interest Waiver which means you would have to be exceptional in your field. Doing what no American can do or you rarely see an American capable of doing. Your best bet is to marry a citizen or go to school in America, graduate with a good result at masters level then pray that you get a job because getting a job in America with Msc is so hard these days especially when you are not a citizen. Then if you come to live here illegally, you must make sure you are holier than a father. You must avoid anything that has to do with law enforcement or government. You can not even afford to risk a speed ticket because once your name flashes for any misconduct, you can be rest assured, Nigeria is your next destination.
