.answer is NO but the mistake u ppl make is to compare Aba with other state capitals. Aba is nt a state capital. Show me pictures of Ogbomoso, Ijebu-Ode, Ore, Auchi, Ikot- Ekpene, Warri, Okene etc.

Sincerely, visitin home last December I was impressed with the Umuahia new looks. Just that d roads are nt so wide. I did nt visit Aba though.

I grew up in lagos and lived in and visited several cities in nigeria and currently I live in benin.I can assure u dat benin may not have d widest of roads or fly-overs but dey have d best road connectivity in nigeria.it is a well planned city. What d gov needs is to expand d roads and get rid of the potholes on certain rd which he is already doing.On d topic: my fear is hope okada riders from neighbouring states will nt flood d stAte.
