hentosky: My brother, I respect u. But d China 85 GK was Lucky Agbons and not Lucky Okenedo. Tnx 4 refreshing our memories! U are a great guyYeah, think u ar right. My favourite club then was Iwuanyawu also loved ACB of Lagos. I didn't follow club football as much as national teams games. My favorite all time youth players are: Nduka Ugbade(scored goals that usually hit d roof of d net), Philip Osundo(deadly overlapping forward), Dimeji Lawal(master dribbler), Christopher Ohenhen (powerful free-kicks), Mutiu Adepoju a.k.a head master(powerful with d head)Victor Ikpeba(fast & sharp @ d wings), Nwankwo Kanu(good controling mid-fielder) Wilson Oruma (skillfull overlapping mid-fielder), Peter Anosike(clinical striker). |
Ours was a smaller tv set called Tatung with which I watched Mexico '86, Canada '87, Chile '87, Maroc '88, Seoul '88, Algiers '90, Cairo '91, Senegal '92, Japan '93, Tunisia '94, USA '94, Harare '95, Atlanta '96. The 1st football competition i watched on colour screen was France '98 WC. Though we bought a 14" Panasonic colour tv in 1993, we took it 2 d village during d post june 12 election crisis. As we speak dat tv is still in d village (in perfect workin conditn). |
So dat Ghana will take our place abi? Na jealousy go kill una Ghana pple. Dat 6-1 trashin still dey pepper them 4 body. |
chymystique: My first n onli experience I can neva forgt et. I reached ma suppose center and sat down on ma supposed Sit no.. Few mins for d exam to commence I was asked to go online n check for ma new center.. I was so devastated and unfortunately for me dt day network was so jammed up I couldn't evn check me new center online.. I kept on crying and hopin that God would ve mercy on me.. Luckily for me one of d Cybers I wnt then was able to check et and I found ma new center.. Reached ma new center I was not allowed to enter d gate.. I had to bribe d gateman.. I entered inside the school and saw that we were plenty that couldn't find out new Reg n stuffs.. Damn! We were given a sheet of paper to answer our own jamb questions outside. Imagine! Cos God loved me so much and he rili wanted me to enter sch then, I was lucky during the attendance I heard ma name bin called and that was how I entered class and wrote ma Jamb 20mins to Submission... And to ma greatest suprise wen d result came out I scored 209... PRAISE THE LORD!. Since u had the chips in ur hand u only needed 5mins to shade all d answers naaa... |
Was supposed 2 write JAMB in '96 bt the exam did nt hold dat yr. I wrote in '97 my result was nt released. Wrote again in '98, scored 237. Applied 2 study Chemical Engineering bt was admitted 2 study Geology.I all thru wrote d Maths, Phy & Chem option. JAMB was more difficult than WAEC. |
abbeylincon: The take off time for nIgeria vs CV match is 18:30pm nig time! 5:30pm! Live on local NTA. Them no teach u how to calculate time for sch? Is 18:30 same as 5:30pm. Abeg who knows d correct time Jare? |
bin gbagbo: well, after 1999, Ghana decided to use players of the right age to feature in the under 17 and the result is that, Ghana have not been able to replicate the 90's laurels, but developed lots of talents into the main national team, and currently Ghana is second best rated african team after cote divoire(fifa.com). so Ghanaians are not hungry for under 17 laurels but player developments. muntari, gyan, wakasu, warris, atsu, kwadwo, kwarassey are living examples. Ghana is not worried at all...So those crap of players are the best Ghana youth teams have produced? None of them is worth being on the Super Eagles bench. U Ghanaians better accept Nigeria as ur Masters in football to avoid more 6-1 drubins. |
U are nothing but an eediott.no black dwarfs of ghana player is worth being a sub in d Super Eagles team. Jealous eediottts. |
Big disappointment. |
bin gbagbo: CLONED APE!!!.......ASHEWO NE BA!!Na ya mama be Ashewo. I am sure your mother was one of those dirty Ghanaian women that brought prostitution into Nigeria in the early 80s. You were conceived out of prostitution. Go ask your mama who ur real father is. Bastard like you! |
bin gbagbo: kwasia...abowafun!!Chineke kpo kwa gi oku. Anu mpama |
bin gbagbo: bush pig!!Ko ni da fun iyalaye e. Oloshi alakori. Dirty swine like ur fellow pathetic Ghanaians. A loser you and ur fellow country men are. |
bin gbagbo: the topic should be : SHOULD THE U-28 TEAM BE USED TO REPRESENT NIGERIA AT THE U-20 WORLD CUP??Edioot like you. Na jealousy go Kill u. Stop feeding those ur useless dwarfs u call footballers Yam with bread. |
Obiagelli: These guys aren't 16yrs old, you and I know they hover around 17-23yrs(real age) so I think they should play wyc which is where they belong.Stop saying what u dnt know. For all I know they are U17. |
Ok it is a Terrorist organisation. |
NO. Oby my sister, that is not how football is.They might be highly talented and skillfull but that does nt mean that they can compete favourably with the under 20s.Let the flying Eagles do their thing and let the Eaglets do theirs. 2yrs time they would have matured into the U20s. |
bilms: How do you mean the reverse is the case for super eagle? Can you remember when last the super eagle lost a game? How many matches did the super eagle lost in their last 10 to 20 matches? The last time the Super Eagles lost a competitive game was against Guinea in Conakry in 2011 in a 2012 AFCON qualifier. |
Where were you when your mates were reading and making good grades in school? Hope undergraduates are learning from this? |
good.good:You are a great f-o-o-l!! |
; Please update it with: April 14, 2013: NIGERIA 6 - 1 Ghana (CAF U-17) |
This is no news. It was before the tourney commenced. And affected players have long been sent packing even before the Ghana game. |
