Let us include in our prayers that oil price doesn't fall below $22 otherwise, EH should not expect any list now. That's reality. They would rather maintain or even cut cost than to add to it. Nigeria needs to think beyond oil as a major source of foreign earnings. NNPC has 50 cargoes of fossil fuel and 2 cargoes of LNG without demand. You know what that means? Dangote has loss #240b in 5hours just because of naira crashes against dollar. Egbadura!!!

Someone mentioned here about contract staff list summited on 4th March is true a friend of mine a contract staff confirmed that to me .And he said they will call them for interview .Now I don't know are they going to wait till after their interview b4 they will release the list or ours will be separated from their own ??

Please ask your friend that those contract staff that just spent 5 years or less, are they included in GTs list?

Something feels off about the whole idea of firing, plus in this report the GMD is still Maikanti Baru.

It was 2018 report. Which means, there will be plenty vacuum at NNPC for especially EHs now.I just pray it favors us.

Hello all....EH hopefuls...the news is that some senior staffs are disgruntled about employing those who do not grow in the system from scratch to now enter Midway and sometimes get to boss them who have been in the system.one told me 2 weeks ago that the recruitment has been scrapped that previous EHs who do not really understand the system has ruined it in time past,another one told me today again giving the first reason..I know it's all speculations because there's a gap between ss5 and ss3,presently no ss5 in the system the ss4s are moving to ss3 by dis year,hence there will be no ss4 in the system as such,except the ones that probably have grown from the JS Level who would be old by now.
There was rumour on all the SBUs to collate their contract workers and forward to Abuja according to business needs which either signifies a conversion want to take place,but i am hearing again that it's on hold..bit what I do know is that some persons want to be compensated and the remaining available slots which is the EH is under severe contention...

At bolded. Do not pay attention to the guy, it is a selfish statement. In fact, many EHs hopeful are more intelligent and resourceful than those insiders. I met one of the staff during the interview, I lectured him what he does not know about the sector.
Also concerning scrapping, it is a lie that is far to truth. Had been that they did not make comment during the released of GTs list, we might be in confusion but since they did, it will be closed though the time horizon might be hidden.

Even if it will happen because we are in Nigeria, it will be minimal. In all, prayer is the key.

Everyone applied has required experience that's why they were shortlisted in the first instance. One needs to be very prayerful to be among the chosen ones because many children of elites even have superb credentials and even international experience.

Where is that vital information since GTs have gotten their letters? Does it mean that there is none one with insider information among EH?

After accepting that I didn't get the nnpc apl, all I do now is to think deeply about diseases, old age, loneliness, death, hell fire, calamities, and just everything really scary.

These thoughts have been really heavy on my chest and I'm getting really scared & weak. Abeg if there's any psychologist or psychiatrist here, can u tell me if this is a sign of depression or just a result of being idle?

I have from a very reliable person that the GMD is the one sitting on the EH List.

This is because it simply doesn’t favour him. All justification has been given. But he insists on No. There needs to be some kind of pressure being mounted because he has no one he’s reporting to and can do as he pleases. So pray things don’t get switched up on you and report him to your God.

But I think oga is Mr. Integrity, why is not favor him? God pass them anyway!

Where did you get the news? I don't think NNPC will fix a date to release the list since they are not WAEC or JAMB.

It seems EH here are not many.See how the thread has been deserted since GTs have notified. Let EH rekindle the momentums and always use every possible means to communicate with NNPC to conclude EH component of the exercise. Good luck to us because getting NNPC job is a luck and mercy from the High one.

Life just keeps throwing such hard punches and even when you are completely down, it doesn’t stop. It just keeps coming.

About a week ago I lost the little job I was managing and one week later after waiting for APL for 7 months, I also didn’t get. I prayed, I fasted, I sowed. I was certain this was it. My heart is completely shattered. I’m jobless, homeless, lost. I don’t know what to do or where to start from.

I just turned 24. What do I do? Where do I really start from? How do I do it? Dear God your little girl is lost!

Do not think your prayer is not answered though it is difficult to accept but by the time all those prayers will manifest you will praise God. It might be when you got NNPC job, something bad might happen to you but God prevent you from such bad luck and will replace it with one which will be everlasting.

I was among the successful candidates in the last pending/cancelled NNPC GT recruitment. It was a painful experience waiting endlessly moreover some of us, age was no longer on our side to apply for this recruitment neither did they shortlist us for the EH.

For EH guys
Don't kill your self over the recruitment, still be focused on what you are already doing... no amount of your wailing, protest or threats via mail, instagram etc would alter their decision, you can ask our set (pending recruitment) how far?
Please note that i am Not in anyway trying to discourage you guys...all i am saying is be focused and pray...

EHs are assumed to be all working already unlike the GTs..
The positions might be recruited internally... so many agitation on going in every of their subsidiary perhaps the reason behind the delay but that doesn't mean there won't be external recruitment...

Be hopeful
Be focused
Be prayerful

Firstly, do not compare 2014 exercise with this one at all. There is no correlation. 2014 exercise did not reach this stage before the changed of government.
Secondly, the issue of internal recruitment you are shouting, if they do that, who will replace the vaccum.In my office for instance, if they want to fix any vacancy, they will advert it internally because of those who want to change department or position. Immediately they saw any one filling the position internally, then, they advertised the guy that change department or position vacant externally .
In closing, I am very confidence that they will surely close out EH component of the exercise except NNPC is direction less organization with unprofessional Hr and management. May God count us among the chosen ones when it is released.
