Chemcrown:fight another day, ke? The cantankerous orangutan-look alike came back to lick the ar..ses of the same people he claimed wanted to wipe his people off the face of the earth. The same people he vowed to only "deal with on the battlefield". |
stevedre:Trash. Did the germans at any point during the war expected the allied forces to feed them to pepertuate the war? |
gidgiddy:So Ojukwu (and extension the ibos) wanted a new country and beginning? But that "new country" have to include non-ibos' land or wth was he going about annexing other people's land into his "new country? So Ojukwu did not have time to plan his egocentric war but he boasted to Awo at their enugu meeting that he has been planning the war for over a year and how he started with 6 dane guns but now has accumulated enough "shakabula" to fight the whole federal forces? Ojukwu took the option of fighting a war his chances of winning were slim, lost millions of souls and in the end still came back to lick the Sokoto caliphate's behind. Same as the slimy Zik did in the 1st republic. You "re just been impish when you wrote that last paragragh. Secession was not in our constitution , no thanks to your father of pseudo-nationalism who insisted then that "we are all one" inspite of our obvious differences. When issac boro wanted to seceed in 1966, Ironsi and Ojukwu were too glad to stop him but now that Ojukwu wanted to do the same thing and you all were expecting him to do otherwise. Double standards in the making!!! |
gidgiddy:Biafrans soldiers suffered, no doubt however their sufferings was brought on by Ojukwu who sent them out to fight for his ulterior ambition without proper planning and logistics. Imagine, begging your enemies (whom you want to kill) for food! |
Jaideyone:That's Ibotic logic there for you. The last time the fulanis slaughtered their families in the north like 'roaches, what was their "smart" response? They came to yorubaland to avenge their dead families in the north. This why i truly believe that one of the repercusions of them losing the civil war is, that they now suffers from Vanquished Syndrome. |
Ko le work! First of all, atiku is a thief. Secondly, he's a fulani Lastly, what is/were his accomplishment/s as Obj's vice after 8 years? As for ngozie, no comment. |
Truly APC is a sinking ship however................Atiku's presidential ambition is D.O.A. Only those obsessed with licking fulanis yansh are egging him on. |
CSTR1005:Of course, it's our main fear however the last time Fashola helped relocate some of your "developers" back to your Biafra, your elders were running to UN claiming they are hated. Or do i need to remind you of your red cap elite's response after the kadunna declaration? yeye dey smell. You people can't leave our region but will still keep hating us and calling us all sort of names. |
Joker! This man is really desperate to occupy Aso rock.......ready to promise even what he knows d.a.m.n well is not within his means to achieve. |
UnchangeableGod:Abi o jare!!! O di ori akayin, ni akara di okuta - when it's the turn of the toothless, beancake suddenly turns into rock-cake The mofo didn't ask for patience when dealing with Ipob who btw had not spill a single nigerian blood but when it's the turn of his own kins killing nigerians on a daily basis, he wants us to give him time. Time for what? I wondered. And he wants a 2nd term! For what? Time for him to sit on his backside whilst his kins see to the total eradication of southern nigerians, i guess. |
CSTR1005:Ibos ain't going back to iboland any moment soon. Even on the pain of death from Boko haram, dem still boku for northern nigeria doing what they know how to do best- developing the region. Their obi even cursed them if they don't come and invest their imaginary humongous wealth in potopotoland, yet they refused to bulge. All na wash, jo!!! |
igbodefender:Of course, he will . This was the same rationale Zik expressed to his subjects- he will rather support the Sardunna into power with the mind that as the former is not as educated as him, it will be easier to smatch power from Ahmadu Bello than his southern counterpart. Little did he know. History is about to repeat itself |
This just reminds me of how Jonathan, at the height of Boko haram's offensive atrocities aimed at mainly southern nigerians, came out to inform us that Boko haram elements are present in his govt. He later promised to name them once he left Aso rock! Meanwhile, Boko haram took their wanton slaugthering (of Southern Nigerians) up another level yet the spineless kleptomanic kept his "dodo" mouth shut. Over 3 years since JonaSpendthrift has been sent packing back to his ogogoro creeks, he still hasn't found the intenstinal fortitude to name those Bk members who were present in his govt. |
LZAA:Sporry, I don't argue with a fool. |
12Monkeys:when we are ready to deport you guys back to your erosion-ravaged villages, we will and there's sweat F. A you lot can do about it except wail. |
12Monkeys:Pure and utter trash. |
koladebrainiac:Abi o...…………………… Oh, what a country we live in!!! |
UncleJudax:And wtf are you mo.ro.ns pocking your nose in our business, for? na wetin concern you for the matter? |
LZAA:And before the war, didn't you ibos took over most of the federal parasitals simply "cause of your elites' servitude to the Sarduna's minion? Which region's elders were shouting "One Nigeria" before independence, even as their people were been slaughter in the north? Mischief is well and fully embedded in your DNA |
UncleJudax:I suppose you know "Osho" more than his own mother. Fyi, there's hardly any yoruba family which does not comprise of all the religious denominations. But then, what do i know? This was the same way, you obdurate guys kept insisting that Jonathan has got the SW region in the bag (just before the last election), simply because some of the Yoruba royal fathers were pointing sticks at him whilst supposedly praying for JonaSpendthrift's reelection. We told those who of you who care to listen that in our culture, our royal fathers only pray with their "irukere"- staff of office but hell no, the certified mo.ro.ns were impervious to logic but rather kept on screaming "JonaDumb till 2019". Smh for you guys as you 've just refused to learn a thing or two from your past misadventures. |
On January 17, Major General Ironsi established the Supreme Military Council in Lagos and announced Decree No. 1, effectively suspending the constitution, although it was not formally promulgated until March. Later that day Major PCK Nzeogwu, the leader of the revolt in the northern region negotiated a conditional surrender in which Ironsi agreed not to bring the mutineers to military trial . Major General Ironsi admitted to us that he had been unable to suppress the rebellion, which he said was getting out of hand. He stated that the mutineers were in control of Kaduna, Kano and Ibadan, and had killed two regional premiers, Sir Ahmadu Bello and Chief Akintola.Ibos and lies sha................. Which one of the coupists was in control of Ibadan on the 17th of January, 1966? |
immhotep:Ol' boy, please desist from propagating falsehood, jo. Nzeogwu may have led the coup in the North as he was based in the northern region hence his nickname "Kaduna" Nzeogwu however, am certain that you know that the original masterminds of that ibo coup ( which started planning around Aug. 1965 ) were Maj. Ifeajunna, Okafor and Captain Oji. Nzeogwu (like Maj. Ademoyega), was recruited into the coup plot around late Sept. to early Nov. 1965. I guess your cultural propensity for mischief got the better of you. |
SalamRushdie:You assume too much, bro! |
Blackfire:@ Bolded.......................yes ke!!! All but in name only. Ever since the nationalist(?) Dr Nnamdi Azikwe accepted to be a bag-boy for sardunna's minion TB, the country has been under the dominion of the fulanis, save for the period when our ibo brothers' infantile attempt to wrest power from them, failed woefully. Even during the time of Obj's second coming when he created the oputa panel, only our fulani ex-leaders failed to show up. I remember Buhari's excuse when asked to appear before the panel to intimate us his fellow nigerians, on how he ruled us like bloody cows on his father's farm. He refused to appear before the panel claiming that the panel was created to embarrass him. IBB too refused to appear. in fact, all the northerners that have ever graced the highest seat in our country all refused to present themselves and heaven did not fall. |
Yeah right, mr. Vp however we 're not holding our breadth till then. We will only believe what our two korokoro eyes can clearly perceive. Your fellow christians and countrymen are been slaughtered relentlessly and all you can do is give hollow promises that everyone knows you haven't got the wherewithal to fulfill. |
foyeks2001:No worries, sis............just get fed up reading all these impish and asinine posts from our bad loser brothers(?), east of the river Niger . |
PaChukwudi44:Trash. If Jonathan a.k.a Mr.Stealing is not corruption had performed even moderately better than his predecessor, some naive but frustrated southerners wouldn't have been forced to vote for buhari. Mind you, i didn't vote for buhari, has never done and will never do however, this "genocide" that you mentioned, was it not occurring during Jonathan's tenure? was he able to curtail it? You, my dear sir and your ilk are just bad losers. |
foyeks2001:@ bolded...............that was what i did in the last election and may do the same in the coming one as i do not see any credible contestant for aso rock. Am a yoruba christian but i know of many yoruba muslims who didn't vote for buhari in 2015 ( as i and will never vote for him taking full cognizance of buhari's antecedents and personality) so i will implore you to try and just ignore those innately mischievous souls who make out like as if. sending that useless spendthrift back to the creeks (where he truly belongs) was a mistake and betrayal of some imaginary southern unity which only exit in the deep crevice of their greedy gluttonous mind. Now that Jonathan is gone, there access to gravy train has been dealt a huge blow hence their obvious hateful response. Like you rightly said, there were fulani killings of southerners in Jonathan's tenure and he couldn't stop it. In fact, these killings goes far back to Obj's time. Hausa/fulanis have always found a reason or two no matter how irrational it may sound to sane minds to slaughter us southerners at will. I remembered the response Obj gave to a BBC hardtalk reporter on the killings that ensued after the introduction of sharia in zamfara state before the other northern states came onboard. "I dey Kampe" was Obj's reply simply because he knew that even him, can't singularly confront the might of the northern oligarchy who incidentally, were also instrumental in his transition from prisoner to president. The reporter's face was something else to behold!! |
luluman:Of course, he's not Yoruba or even a moslem. He can't be anything else but a hate-filled flatinoe. By their utterances, one shall know them. |

. That was probably why, even in the western region where they had free education (and places like Ekiti where it's reputed that there's at least a Professor in every family), yet the ibos saw it fit to be VC of all the higher institutions in yorubaland. No yorubaman was competent enough to become VC in his backyard.
