It would be better to make both doors 4ft or swap their sizes. The current positions and sizes will limit the size of things that can enter your house via your sitting room such as furniture and house appliances. The easiest and safest thing will be to increase the 3ft to 4ft and that will be nice ~ my opinion

would suggest you go with 9mm truout for the foundation.

just took a 2nd look at the QS report, stuff appears useless less.

he wrote : 225mm Sandcrete hollow blockwork (1:6) in foundation in cement and
sand mortar (1:6) 136square meter,@ the cost of 5000 per sq meter,

this your prices is unfortunately higher than the market value.

QS independent report states 5000 blocks for foundation to window level.
builder says from experience i shud budget 3000 blocks, though he may need more.....
