Governor Rotimi Amaechi is not even the best dressed Governor in Nigeria. HOw come no other Governor made the list, other than the fact that the crisis in his party has attracted to him so much public sympathy. MODE = POLITICS POLITICS= MODE! That's all. |
globatop: I wish him speedy recovery, this is not the right time for sickness oooCongregations! I have just confirmed it. U're a confirmed THIEF, that's all! |
This is a masterpiece. Bravo. Could the op or someone else pls post the link of the initial post: " 30 things to stop doing..."? Thank U. |
WHAT A LIE! He was not allowed to enter into Govt. House via a certain route, but he still entered into the same Govt. House via s different route. Not 'denied access' completely, as sounded! |
Join this legal battle to say no to unconstitutionality, illegality and draconian policies. Let them stop milking poor Nigerian Citizens dry! |
All of U that are praising the lawyer and commending this bid should go back and like that post. Shekinah! |
He is human, susceptible to humour. But comaring him to Obasanjo, GEJ is a kindergarten! OBJ joked locally, Nationally and internationally, whether on private, public/ State matters, and otherwise. |
Welldone, GEJ. Sleeping Ministers should go to bed in their houses. No room for round pecks in square holes! |
Is OBJ a god, a demigod or a semigod? Beg OBJ my foot! |
I wonder why some of you here of inferior, insignificant and unpopular groupings known as toothless dogs that only bark but can't bite; Known as Goodluck Johnathan haters; Known as detractors; Known as enermies of progress, etc. Or better still, in a more related nomenclature, known as opposition, LIKE TAKING PANADOL FOR PDP's HEADACHE? Pdp has come to stay. It would resolve its family disagreement. It will field GEJ as it candidate in 2015. Using the achievements of GEJ as a yardstick, it will mobilize Nigerians to vote for Pdp. GEJ will win the elections. GEJ will continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to Nigerians. Nigeria will never be the same again! |
BREAKING: NGIGE WINS APC GUBER PRIMARY WITH WIDE MARGIN. 63,255 votes against Mr Ezeemo's 9,564. APC, CHANGE. No shaking. Ngige ka Anambra ga eso. |
Can they categorically, scientifically, medically prove that the Governor is a zombie? What, in their thinking and understanding, is the modus operandi and modus vivendi of a Zombie? Can each an every one one them call his father, brother, son, uncle, nephew or friend a Zombie? Those who have their kernels cracked for them by benevolent spirits should not open their mouths too wide at the misfortune of others. I rest my case! |
seunfly: I guess it should be in opposit direction. With what happen to Adams Oshiemole's private secetary and David ugolor, Mbu and Amaechi, pipeline vandals vs NSCDC vs police in Lagos and other political hullaballoon involving d police. I think i'm save to assume he is one of d worst.maybe worse than Tafa. Balogun who did no wrong! |
Baybe: Thank you o. Oya FG settle ASUU mbok. We don tire for house. Unless say na vagabond government una dey runDa Owo, kutang uto Iko ado aba! The government that is attempting sincerely to correct the misddeeds of the past governments, can not be a vagabond Govt. |
It's as obvious as it is pitiable that most of U open your mouth too wide, so wide that it betrays your HATRED for the person of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. TOO BAD. Find out and U'll stumble on the raw truth that they were given "before August" to vacate those buildings. Find out and U'll also realise that some of the former occupants and owners had long vacated their own buildings. Find out and U'll discover that they are satisfied with the 5.5 - 6million compensations, else, some would have instituted legal actions to collect adequate compensations, if and only if, those buildings were approved accordingly. Fine out and U'll discover that before the authorities decided on that action, there's exigent need for the railway work to traverse that area. There are still a few other clarifications I would've opined that U make, but let me pity your shallow-mindedness, and pause there, for the sake of your babies' brains! The same people that are farting hate for, that-well-notified-and-compensated-for-demolition would be the first to saunter to Nairaland to spit more frustrations if by whatever event and circumstance, completely far beyond their knowledge and comprehension, the delivery date of that Rail-Way project is not achieved. But take it or leave it, no amount of your hate, acrimony and negative propaganda would stop well-meaning Nigerians from re-electing GEJ come 2015! |
A very serious question: WHEN WOULD THE UNGOING RECONSTRUCTION WORK ON LAGOS-IBADAN EXPRESS WAY BE COMPLETED? Let me condition my mind and schedule to avoid that road till further notice! |
PDP, stop behaving as though you are the worst group of people or party in Africa or Nigeria. Your drama is a child's play compared to what Nigerians expect of the strange-bed-fellows, unholy alliance and house of ... called APC, legalized via registration to do 'it' better! |
All of U that are quick at, and excited to call President Jonathan names and pre-empt doom, is it not a pity that that is all U know and all U can do? It just reveals how polluted your states of minds are and how inconsequential all of U are. Empty vessels are known by the loudness of the noise they make. Children-children, GROW UP ! |
I thought Ameachi has gone to apologise and reconcile with GEJ as was reported. Shouldn't all the parties now sheath their swords. If them dong settle, make them free this guy, nau |
mr Pero: The new SSG is most qualified for the job. Let Umanah rest jooor. He has been a major beneficiary of dis our democracy. Retired from civil service as a director in d budget office, commissioner for finance for 8 good years n now secretary to state government for 6 yrs, den wants to contest for office of governor even wen its d turn of anoda ethnic group (eket/oron)to produce the governor. He has even been nominated to represent Akwa ibom state on the board of NDDC as managing director n as I heared he refused. Well enough is enough, let d right thing be done.Matter-of-factly! |
How has the mighty falen! Umana Okon Umana must not be Governor. Truth be told, IT'S EKET SENATORIAL DISTRICT'S TURN. I'm not from there, but there's no sentiment about that. What is sauce for the goose is equally sauce for the gander. QED |
Oh, how has the mighty fallen? ... |
On Thursday July 25th 2013, Obong Umana Okon Umana, the immediate past SSG of Akwa Ibom State issued a Press Statement indicating his unequivocal resolve to be Akpabio's Successor come 2015. He maintained that whether he clinched the NDDC top job of MD or not, he would not rescind his aspiration for the Akwa Ibom top job. This statement angered Akpabio who had earlier directed that any member of his Cabinet who wishes to run for the governorship position in 2015 should resign from the Cabinet before August 2013 - so he won't mix governance with politicking. To that extent, Akpabio confronted his SSG and the later challenged Akpabio that he had agreed to make him his successor and that it's either Akpabio enforces that accord for them to fly together or he'll ensure they sink together. The Governor then lashed at the SSG to hang the boot or be booted out, giving him 48 hours to do so. tha_originator: Hold on! Let's get something str8! Why do they refuse to register the APC party after every requirement been completed? Why is Jonathan playing politics with every national issues? What's the meaning of all these? And someone will come and say GEJ is the most democratic president Nigeria ever had! Why is he scared? I thought he's confident about winning in 2015 even with the merged opposition. This shows how cowardly scared is his black arrse. Wether he wants it or not, APC must registered! Bribe Jega with whatever amount, it must be registered and PDP must fail. Idiotic president! Phuck you gorilla! You seem intelligent, educated and exposed. But if you peruse through your comment, you'll realise that you are far from being unbiased, unprujudiced and objective. You have only succeeded in venting your anger and frustration which is responsible for, amongst others, missing words, conjunction and phrases in your piece. Sorry. |
An end has got to come to much talk, no action! Let's not only talk, let's. Get to work. Could we all mobilize in our various neighborhoods and replicate this posters, backed-up with protests and total rejection of this Neo-colonialsm . Say no to electricity bill estimaton; Say no to billing without supply; Say no to high power tariffs! THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN! |
tpia@:Did u read the article through, at all? Little wonder you hurriedly responded on the first position. Sad. |
Mr knowitall.:I would probably 'LIKED' your remarks but not for your indecent reference to the Bible. May I ask you, and all other Nairalanders who are in the habit of this nature to note that the Holy Bible does not support, encourage or promote any and all forms of immorality. Desist from it. ThankU. Let's now call a spade so, 'child -Marriageis immoral ! |
Bleep.u.sexkills:U're a sadist. U've a problem with ur state of mine. Better grow up, lst, u die young! |
GEJ, U are really hitting the nail on the head. There are many things U've done that tantamount to killing many birds with one stone. Like this very on: Politics of integration; Employment opportunities; Power Supply; Human Empowerment; Etc. Keep working, let talkers keep talking. We shall see and know the brink. Of 2015! |
I'm led to add today for you in my prophesy as a rain-free day. Go ahead and have it. Maximise the day. |
it's far more than any thing humourous and funny. It's rather a pity that those whose Nigerians\COnstituents entrusted their collective destinies and that of their children into their hands could stoop this low, throw caution to the wind and head berserk by stabbing morality in the heart. When the fabrics of our society is stripped of morality, the very thing we need for the correction of our society and clime, what then is our hope? The other day, the two chambers of the National Assembly shamelessly refused to give consent to Local Government Autonomy, the most necessary prerequisite for our grassroot development, nay, the hope of our hinterlands, creeks, rural. Areas and the lot. IT IS A PITY! |
