For lay people, when you register a company or tradename or trademark or patent by submitting all necessary paperwork, it does not matter what the other 'bigwig' intentded doing. The guy who registered APC is the proper APC and Bhuari, Tinubu and co are just not as smart as they think.

Most of the southerner in APC are more qualified than he Northerners, if they put a Southerner as the President, the party will not vote for him/her. According o a report, they are considereing a southerner for the slot of VP, his is what the North has always done, and their menatality is not going to change anytime soon.
