Good morning lovelies, as we go about our activities for the day don't forget to wear a smile. Yes, smile dear, it's free therapy. With all the evidence that smiling can improve your mental health, how can you encourage yourself to smile and laugh more? Here are a number of things you can try: 1.) Find humor throughout your day. This may mean signing up for a joke-a-day service that is sent to your inbox, watching a funny movie, or playing with a pet. 2.) Connect with other people. Smiling is a basic human expression. It is common to everyone, everywhere, regardless of culture or gender. As humans, we are socialized to smile and laugh when we’re among friends. Spend time with your friends and enjoy their company. You’ll find you smile more when you do. 3.) Laugh at yourself. There are many mental health benefits to not taking yourself too seriously, such as fostering positive interpersonal reactions or simply reminding yourself that you’re human and that you have a right to enjoy your life. 4.) Force some laughter if you have to. Remember that even faking a smile can boost your mood. If you smile when you don’t feel like smiling, you can fool your brain into releasing the neurotransmitters and neuropeptides that will actually help you feel better. Smiling is a basic and biological uniform human expression. Aim to smile more, and you might find you simply feel better overall. Along with preventing illness, these techniques can help you maintain your overall health and happiness. 3.) Learn to say no You are only one person, so it’s impossible to say yes to everything. If you want to prioritize your mental health, you should start by learning to say no and focusing on your priorities. 4.) Work on mindfulness Meditation has been found to decrease the symptoms of anxiety, panic, and depression. Plus, it’s connected to higher levels of happiness. Thanks to the sheer number of meditations, you can have an easier time learning about mindfulness than ever before. 5.) Connect with others To prioritize mental health, take some time to improve your social connections. Human beings are social creatures, so we need to have fulfilling relationships to be happy. In fact, strong social connections are linked to better mental wellness. 6.) Cut out the negatives Negative self-talk can be holding you back in life. By changing your self-talk, you can reduce anxiety, improve your heart health, and change how you deal with stress. Once you identify your patterns of negative self-talk, you can work on reframing these thoughts. 7.) Get help If you want to prioritize your mental health, you can start by being willing to get help. A trained counselor can help you work through personal challenges and develop better coping mechanisms. 6 Relationship Red Flags To Look For: These six red flags are signs that a relationship could be bad for your mental health: 1.) You often feel suspicious- Your mind is working overtime with doubts and constant worrying about your partner’s behavior. 2.) You censor yourself regularly- Keeping meaningful things to yourself may keep you from enjoying emotional intimacy. 3.) You feel misunderstood- You may have frequent disagreements with your partner where you feel like they don’t hear you or “get” you. 4.) You feel like you don’t know your partner anymore. You have a sense of going through the motions- Relationships can get stuck in a holding pattern, but a lasting feeling of drudgery may be a problem. 6.) Resentments are festering- Instead of openly discussing problems, one partner may be silently seething. No relationship is immune from problems. If you hit a roadblock, don’t be afraid to talk about it. Bring it up and be open and honest with your partner or spouse about it and try to say how you feel. You don’t have to run immediately to a couple’s counselor, but if you feel like you’re not being heard over and over, then maybe it would be good to seek a therapist. Awwn obviously the reserved type, she looks like someone under a lot of pressure to go ahead with this thing. The best thing anyone can do for Dammy right now is send her to a Culinary School where she can learn more and become a Chef, if it's a passion though. Now she's known as Chef Dammy, even though its a name that cracks us up, why not learn more and come out better as a real chef and apply officially to GWR to break any record that must has been set by Hilda Baci or any other person after her. That determination alone will say a lot about your passion and character and see if all Nigerians will not root for her. I wish her all the best though |

INEC manipulated too much openly, total disregard for Democracy and believe nothing can happen in 2023 and still have the guts to say go to court if you have a problem with the result, is an insult to the Judiciary. May justice be served and may the best man win. |
"NO" is a complete sentence, learn to use it sometimes. You have too much financial burden on your shoulders and to think you're still in school that's worrisome coz this in turn affects your studies. Your Mom should take some off your shoulders in any little way she can if your siblings are not of age to hustle. Don't kill yourself for anyone coz life goes no Don't give in to depression, identify your stressors and cut out the negatives asap. |

Always eat what you can comfortably pay for as a lady please. This has nothing to do with being rich or broke but to avoid embarrassment, coz this is embarrassing and it was intentional. If what you want to have is 15k no problem but make sure you can pay for it if the guy can't, it's nothing personal. |
