Even if it is 500k, the rationale of the statue project is still stupid considering the economic situation where PMB is giving states including Imo State bailout funds to pay salaries.What I know about Nigerian Governors is that; anything project that they will benefit from it monetarily, they don't give it a second thought before implementing it.
