On Friday, November 27, 2020 my Beloved little friend, my dog Fear, was having Diarrhea and Vomiting. He was very much in pain and shaking violently. He clearly was in distress so I started calling around Emergency Hospitals because it was 8 o'clock at night. None of them would take Fear in and help him because I didn't have any money at that time and they don't make payment arrangements. I asked them what I could do and they gave me phone numbers of hospitals I already tried. I couldn't qualify for Care Credit because my credit score is only Fair. He kept getting worse and whimpering so I called my friend who's a Nurse and asked her what I should do because Fear was suffering at this point. She said take him to the hospital and she'd may the Exam Fee. So I calked VCA Alameda East in Denver because they were 2 miles away and told them my friend would pay the vet bill. I rushed Fear there and they took him in and after 3 hours of waiting they called me and said it was probably just a Gastrointestinal issue and gave me Metraconizol and sent me home after I called my friend and she paid the $288 vet bill. They said if he gets worse or doesn't eat or drink in the morning. We barely got through the night and Fear didn't sleep. In the morning he wouldn't eat so I called my friend and she said take him back to the vet and she'd apply for some Care Credit. So I took him back and Fear had a very high fever of 105.4 and he was very shakey and was whimpering. My friend applied for Care Credit and was approved so the Doctor wanted to do blood work, x-rays, and an ultrasound for about $1400. My friend approved that and they sent me home to wait while they waited to do the ultrasound. It was agonizing waiting for their call and 4 hours later they said his fever went down to 103.8 and there was no Intestinal Blockage, which is good. However, something in his intestines was inflamed and his white blood cells were below 1000, which meant his body was fighting the infection. They wanted to keep him overnight for tests, IV fluids and Antibiotics for another $10000. I asked my friend and she said do it so I agreed. They moved Fear to the ICU. All night I worried and called at 4am and his fever spiked again at Midnight so they gave him pain medication and more fluids and it went down to 103.2 at 4am. Then I called at 7am and they said his fever was stable and he'd be evaluated at 10am after they ran another round of blood tests. The called at 10am and said I could pick him up at 1:00pm because we couldn't afford another hospital night. I went at 12:30pm and waited. They ran more tests and dispended a pain medication and a diarrhea medication, and Antibiotics. Fear came home, but the vet bills ended up being $3455.00. Fear started eating and for a whole week he only could eat chicken and later at the end of the week his special diet wet food. He fought me on the medications, but I got them in him. At the end of week Fear was able to navigate stairs and could lift his leg to pee. I took him to his regular vet and they examined him and redrew his blood. His white blood cells doubled back within normal range. He's full of love and will make a full recovery. That vet bill cost $355.00, which I paid myself. I now have a debt to pay of $3500.00 and I'm only employed part-time and on Disability. I can't afford this debt on my own so I want to ask my friends and community to help. Special Adviser to President Mohammadu Buhari on Amnesty Program, Gen.
Paul Boroh allegedly stole N6.2billion from Amnesty office using

Directive instructing Gen. Boroh to Pay the monthly stipends of the all
Amnesty Delegates directly to their bank accounts, Gen. Boroh allegedly
forged MOUs from Ghost Militants and Standing Payment Order to Banks.

In connivance with one Lt. Col. Okungbure CSO, and their associates, Gen.
Boroh allegedly received payments for over 4,000 ghost names N65,000
Monthly Stipends for almost two years to date.

Allegedly backed by General Babagana Mohammed Monguno, the National
Security Adviser to President Mohammadu Buhari, the looting has left
several Amnesty students stranded home and overseas.

frequently used to retrieve funds from her bank accounts.

According to sources, many Amnesty Staffers personal companies, and their
relatives bank accounts were used in this Scam on the orders of Gen.
Boroh.

coverage showing the recently graduated Amnesty delegates in Nigeria, Gen.
Boroh has refused to pay their tuition fees ranging from 9months to

Amnesty Graduates and other Students were allegedly threatened by Gen.

disenrolled from the Programme.

Amnesty Graduates without Certificates are stranded and crying for help in
the United States and the United Kingdom having been abandoned by Gen.

Sources hinted that Gen. Boroh expends N5 Billion or N10 Billion within
five days for projects that are never accounted for or in the budgets.

According to sources, contracts for Agricultural Training and Empowerment
are awarded to his Cronies and in most cases no Niger Delta delegates are
deployed to the said training institution while the Company Collects the
15%, 35%, 40%, and 10% payments accordingly.

Sources said over N30 Billion has been spent within 12 months on
Agricultural Empowerment for Niger Delta youths and no lands and farms
given to the trained Amnesty beneficiaries and no existing beneficiaries.

These funds were allegedly siphoned using the ploy of ghost names as
alleged participants of the schemes and using the “Impacted
Persons/Communities Projects.”

Another source hinted that the Presidency’s Deputy Chief of Staff Hon. Ade
Ipaye was wining and dining with Gen. Boroh in London last month during
the Graduation Ceremonies of Amnesty Students in the UK whom their tuition
fees were yet to be paid and their certificates withheld.

While there are thousands of Ghost Names in the 33,000 Ex-Militants receiving N65,000.00 Monthly, sources have verified that Boroh personally have over 2,000 names receiving N65,000.00 monthly which is over N1.5 Billion per year since his appointment in 2015

Sources have revealed that these payments are made using an MOU where these Ghost Names (Ex-Militants) authorized a Company to receive their Monthly N65,000.00 on their behalf and issued a Standing Order to the Bank for payment

Dr. Kenneth Ehigie an Adviser/Assistant to Gen. Boroh was paid a total sum of N800,000,000.00 in two batches for an unverified service, our Sources have revealed

Sources further revealed that this Scheme is Facilitated by Gen. Boroh, Major Bernard Ochoche Godwin, Mr. Beggi and other top Management officials and Senior Career Civil Servants at the Amnesty Office

Almost all top Management officials and Senior Career Civil Servants at the Amnesty Office are building Mansions throughout Abuja and other cities across the country using Third Parties to conceal their true identities

Sources have revealed that while Gen. Boroh is using Third Parties to buy numerous exotic vehicles and to build an Estate in Kuje, Abuja; he is also buying properties and farms across the country using his so-called Commercial Agricultural Training of Ex-Militants as a disguise to achieve his goal.

The Chief architect of the Scheme, Major Bernard Ochoche Godwin is also building Mansions in Benin City and a Hotel according to our sources.

Also revealed was Mr. Beggi who is building a hotel and bought 3 vehicles in a space of 6 months: C-Class Benz for approx. N7.8 million, Camry Hybrid approx. N5 million and a Peugeot approx. N3.8 million.

While Boroh kept announcing to Niger Deltans that no Niger Delta youth will travel to the United States, Europe and other Countries for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies as done by his Predecessor, Boroh has fraudulently paid Millions of Naira up-front in Tuition Fees, Accommodation and all expenses for his daughter and other Top Amnesty Management Official’s Children to the UK where they are presently studying. These Amnesty Official’s Children are not in the Amnesty database

Amnesty Staff in Data Management randomly collect between N250,000.00 and above to provide University Admission and payment of Tuition Fees and Expenses to Persons not included in the Amnesty Database

Amnesty Officials Constantly demand for 25 – 40 Percent of Contract Funds otherwise no payment will be made to the Contractor. In some cases, Amnesty Officials demand for Up-Front payment from the Contractor before any Payment will be made to the Contractor

George Turnah Arrested By EFCC

A former Special Adviser to Mr. Dan Abia, erstwhile Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) George Turnah, has been arrested by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

He was arrested in Port Harcourt, Rivers State in connection with alleged possession of funds running into N2 billion, suspected to be funds siphoned from the NDDC while serving there as an adviser.

Turnah, widely believed to be a godson of former President Goodluck Jonathan, served in the NDDC between 2012 and 2015.

Preliminary investigations by the EFCC threw up deposits made in his personal and company bank accounts in excess of N2 billion. A search conducted in his houses in Port Harcourt and Yenogoa yielded useful documents.

Turnah has made useful statements to the EFCC and will be arraigned as soon as investigations are concluded.

The identity of a former Permanent Secretary who was discovered to have made away with SUVs, other vehicles and motorcycles have been revealed.

However, sources at the EFCC has revealed that Godknows Igali, a former Permanent Secretary with the Federal Ministry of Power as the culprit.

According to the EFCC source, Igali spent N1.5bn for the purchase of Sports Utility Vehicles which were used by the Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organisation.

The N1.5 billion with which the vehicles were acquired was allegedly sourced from the diverted N27 billion insurance premium of deceased workers of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).All the vehicles were said to have been paid for by the former Permanent Secretary, Dr. Godknows Igali, to aid the campaign efforts of the Goodluck/Sambo Campaign Organisation in the build-up to the presidential election.

The EFCC was said to have intercepted the vehicles and motorcycles after an alarm was raised by an artisan.

The artisan, who had gone to do some maintenance work at Igali’s Abuja residence was said to have been surprised by the number of vehicles in the retired civil servant’s residence and quickly alerted the EFCC.

The detective said, “He (Igali) had allegedly secured the 47 vehicles in well guarded premises in an upscale neighbourhood of Abuja but he ran out of luck when an artisan who had come to fix a faulty utility got curious by the avalanche of state-of –the-art vehicles parked on the premises and tipped off the EFCC.

“The commission immediately commenced discreet investigation. In the course of investigation, it discovered that all the vehicles were supplied by Dilly Motors at the instance of Igali.”

Investigators, however, discovered that the money used in buying the vehicles did not emanate from Igali’s bank account but from Baseworth Insurance Brokers Limited, a company that was under investigation in another case of an alleged diversion of N27bn insurance premium of deceased staff of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria.

However, when representatives of Dilly Motors were invited, they told operatives of the EFCC in their statement that the payments were made by Baseworth Insurance Brokers Limited on behalf of the permanent secretary.

The EFCC source added, “It was initially difficult to determine the source of the funds with which the vehicles were purchased as it did not come directly from Igali’s account but a breakthrough came as the commission stumbled on evidence of a curious payment To Dilly Motors from the account of Baseworth Insurance Brokers Limited, a company that was under investigation in another case of alleged diversion of N27bn insurance premium of deceased staff of the PHCN.

“In one of the transfers, N300m was paid to Dilly Motors from the account of Baseworth Insurance Brokers. Operatives of the commission were curious to determine the service which Dilly Motors rendered to Baseworth Insurance Brokers to warrant payment. Dilly Motors on interrogation allegedly admitted that the N300m was part of the N1.5bn paid by Igali for the purchase of vehicles for the Goodluck/Sambo Campaign organisation to prosecute the 2015 general election.”

It was learnt that the permanent secretary had been released on administrative bail and may be charged to court soon.

30,000 ex-millitants receiving 65000 naira every month is a hoax, the best on record is less than 15000 registered ex-millitants, so where is the remaining 15000 payments x 65000 Naira going to??

15,000 unaccounted persons x N65,000 x 12 months = N11, 700,000, so an approximate 12 Billion naira goes to the pockets of the Amnesty Coordinator every year for half of fictitious names of persons not existing.

in two years Gen Boro should have accumulated over N20Billion naira from monthly stipends alone, then from kick backs he gets from contractors and schools where he admits students under the scheme he is the richest serving Adviser to President Buhari

There is a massive fraud currently taking place in that Amnesty office, from the procurement down to the accounts, serious collaboration in the art of extortion, you have to bribe 30 to 40% of your payments as a contractor or vendor before you could be approved for settlement.
The Amnesty office should be reviewed, the head quarters should be relocated to either Delta state, Bayelsa or Rivers State and not Abuja, the actual tally of real ex millitants be ascertained and Government should stop approving N65,000 for 30,000 millitants as the actual number of REAL ex millitants is not up to 15,000
