Before2015, the cry from Buhari coalition was Jonathan is weak and incompetent in fact they staged many protests freely without harassment from that government. Then buhari became president and insecurity worsened, at some point they said it was insufficient funding, they had no attack helicopters. The few insurgents they caught were pardoned and released or drafted into the armed forces.
