Do an mp first to confirm u hv significant malaria( nt few or 1 plus). If d malaria s significant, then laridox wont do as it isnt an ACT. It ll b better to tk an ACT. Bt do d test first

I have used them twice last month(9th and 21 auctions). They were quite honest in their dealings. Though they don't issue certificate(my branch though) but i persuaded them until their Head of Local Operation that was incharge of t.bills printed out letter of investment and t.bill bidding receipt, properly endorsed, and gave me.

So yes, they are good. But the last auction rate was low to compare to the previous ones.

That was on first week of March this year. But if they said they issue, there is no problem on that.
I guess the person i met that day was just being naive.
Just make sure they give a written document that is properly endorsed to serve as proof of investment incase of default.

The last time i went to diamond bank branch in Onitsha to buy this t.bill, they were busy persuading me to fixed the money instead of t.bills.

I told them that it's t.bill or nothing, they finally said that they don't register for t.bills.
I left to first bank where i registered.

I don't know about the branch in your area but diamond bank can be deceptive atimes. So why not approach them to acquire if they issue t.bills.

If you they try wooing you into going for fixed deposit, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

Inspiration was from a documentary I watched 2 years ago, titled "FOOD, inc". The documentary opened my eyes to the nonsense I've been eating all life. Watching that doc. what a defining moment (don't mean to sound corny).

so I started tweaking things here and there in my diet and working out once a week. After I started seeing changes in my body I became addicted. And here I am today. Baby steps.

I don't drink anything apart from water, even on my cheat days. I'm so used to water now that I don't miss the junk drinks. Oh, except for special occasional parties where I have to "turn up" and drink alcohol.



chilli, the serving size are pretty okay. Those containers are deceptively deep. Plus, there are 6 meals per day. 6!!

Preservation? Fridge na. I pop them in the microwave for one minute when its time to eat, and food is ready. I take out the fruits before microwaving though, I like 'em cold. I eat the peanuts and dessert cold too.

Ur meal plan is very commendable. Wish i cld adopt it. Are u working? If yes, how ll u kp to d 6meals/day plus work?

Took my baby for ten weeks immunisation on wed. he took penta 2 on his thigh.I noticed the spot is very hard and darker than the surrounding skin. I didn't rub it after he was given though hr bled a little and it was cleaned.
pls what do I do? I have gotten different advices. some say just apply ori, another a cold compress and massage others that I should do nothing.

what I have done so far is apply towel soaked in cold water and then light massage with ori or mentholatum. am I doing it right? pls I need advice esp from mamas that have experienced this with this penta.

Do nothing, stop d massage, and cold compress. It ll go down.

What's gvn me concern abt d soft spot goin up and down on his head,is the visible suture that forms a kind of v-shape on his head, it wasn't visible at birth cos we shaved his hair @ 2wks and I didn't see it there,now that he is 6wks it just appeared suddenly. please. Is it normal cos I have never seen such on other babies head.

Its usually 'more visible' wen a child is dehydrated. So just breasfeed him more often. Its really nothing to worry abt.

No it didn't. I buy the non-tart type of tomatoes but if you find yours sour, you can add a teaspoon of sugar or cook the tomatoes for longer if you have the patience.
I blended ginger, little garlic, my fresh tomatoes and canned chunky tomato sauce (not tomato paste). The procedure is pretty much the same way you make stew.
Except you use little olive oil.
You can use normal pepper is lieu of Tabasco.

I went to 5 different creche in Ikeja yesterday and I didn't see any with 1 nanny to 2 children. The closest I got was 1 nanny to 3 children and there were only 6 children in the creche with 2 nannies. However, i was told they were expecting 3 more infants aged 3 months, while mine will make them 4. When I asked how they'd do it with just the two nannies I saw there, the proprietress replied that she'd hire more hands.

I think 2 nannies looking after 6 children is just fine. Hope d place is clean?
