I didnt use anything for my baby's own (as directed) and it healed perfectly. Fell of at abt d 5th day ie plastibell. Children heal fast. I dont think dat paracetamol is necessary. No need to overburden d young liver.Didnt he stop crying shortly after d procedure?

Each time I hear my baby's breath its as if she has cattarh that is blocking her nose. But there is no cattarh
Den as if she is snoring. Sometimes also when she is sleeping she breathes as if someone is pursuing her. Do I need to be worried.Tho I am o.
She also breathe with her mouth open as if nose is blocked

Well done mama. As u can see frm oda posts, oda mamas' babies also experience it. Its completely normal. As long as there s no active catarrh and she s nt coughing. Their respiratory rate s much higher dan ours. As she develops, it gets better. No need to worry at all. Cheers.

Well, i think it depends on where u buy from.Where I buy from@ idumota they hardly run out of stock & I buy the bar soap for #500 & the lotion (big one) for #1,800 but I start my baby first on nycil then switch later.

At my last anc I told Dr, he said it's a gud sign but that lo has not engaged. Pls wat can I do to help it engage,though I've been taking some long walks & other chores.

My dear, how s d pushing? I think its quite early to tk d drug. Ideally it shld b in ur 2nd trimester wen u must hv felt foetal kicks. As nurse kaffy said, u ll hv 2doses in this pregnancy

Please do not take any medication...you do not have malaria and you shall not have any....work on your immune system by eating home cooked foods, fruits and veggies( Ugwu, green et all), if you have lots of mosquitoes in your house fumigate, use insecticides while you not home to get rid of them, get treated mosquitoe net and always sleep in it, keep your doors closed so they don't find their ways in, repair door and window nets if they need to be repaired and .....PRAY ALWAYS!!

I disagree o. I still can't imagine sticking an adult finger into a newborn's butt hole as a remedy for constipation. You realise how fat some people's fingers are? even the pinky? That is anal molestation!

A good quality Cotton bud (not the ones sold in traffic) rarely get stuck in the ears if it is used gently talkess of the butt hole.

ever heard of cottonbud getting stuck in sm1's ear? Dont u think dat cld happen in d bum too. D lil finger does d stimulation better. Ask any dr. It poses no harm at all.

Thank God your baby has pooed but I am a bit uncomfortable with you using ur finger. I think your finger is too big an object to be entering into your baby's anus. Why don't you try a cotton bud instead?

d little finger isnt too big for a baby's bum. Dat's what drs will insert.

With vaseline i inserted my little finger in her bum and she pooed an hour later. She's already pooed 3 times today.

Pls my sabi mamas is it true that wearing diaper for a baby throughout d day and night isnt good? Some people said its only when the baby is going out that its necessary because it causes rashes and its good to free the bumbum at home. pls kindly talk from experience and if yes how wil i manage the urine and poo when at home without using diaper.

ur baby s too young. mayb wen he s older and you re ready to start potty training, u cld stop wearinh diaper at home. Use good diaper and wipes, change wen soiled/wet then u wont worry abt rashes.
