I think it's by personal preference, I don't wear bra more than once without washing, I consider it "unfresh" after using it once just like my panties. For this reason, I buy lots of underwear and wash a lot on laundry day, I throw them out and get new ones after some weeks of use.

Everyone does theirs differently, that's how I do mine
