Amen, thnks dear. I went 2 d clinic 2day nd ws told 2 go 4 a scan. Hmmmm... By my calculation using LMP gestational age shuld b 7 wks 4 days but scan gave me 6 wks 4 days. Dr. Says its nothing 2 worry about bt I think dats just 2 make me calm. I'm soooo scared nd hv cried my eyes out. I just pray 4 a testimony wt ds pregnancy

Nooo, its really nothing to worry abt. d dr didnt just say it. Dont get ur self worked up in dis pregnancy o. Stay positive, dis one ll b different frm d first. Did d scan see foetal pole? Is ur baby alright?

I dont think d blister u had in ur first preggy was related to d blighted ovum at all. I wld suggest u go do a scan to at least keep ur mind at rest. Stay positive.

Is moringa safe for brea.stfeeding mums? I know it's not safe for pregnant women.

My 3 months old baby drools a lot and puts her hands in her mouth, at times it's as if she's sucking her finger, other times it's as if she just keeps the hand(s) in her munth. Could it be teething? She does nt run fever.

She s fyn. She s just being a 3month old baby.lol. Seriously, theres nothing to worry abt.

@bossladyMo, please do you know of any particular pharmacy where one can get Mothers milk tea. I have looked for it in a few pharmacies but they don't seem to know it. I am in the same boat as igb400 but my b.reast milk didn't come in until. One week postpartum so I had to supplement with formula. I've tried pap, tea, even palmwine, fenugreek capsules, peppersoup,oatmeal, coconut water , breast pump(manual & electric)but I haven't seen any improvement. Even when my son is having hiccups and I offer him my b.reast milk, he doesn't get relief until I gv him formula or just allow the hiccup to go on its own. I'm so frustrated at the whole thing because I had intended to exclusively breastfeed him till he's 6months. I'm still looking for ways to increase my supply with the hope that I can wean him off d formula and still exclusively breastfeed. Please ladies,I need suggestions on other ways I can increase my supply. Thanks in advance

sorry. i dont mean to misquote u. We just want to undstd ur line of action well. Wot u re saying is dat d drugs frm d magodo hospital are to combat d side effects of d chemo ryt? Pls i still think u shld still just run it thru wt ur consultant at eko hospital At d moment, he s kinda responsible for ur health, so i think its only fair for hin to kno u re taking dose drugs since they re supposedly immune boosters. Wishing u speedy recovery. cheers

Please we need the name of this facility in Magodo. I suppose the treatment commences once the chemo is over right? Anybody can come out with a cancer survival story (not that we're doubting your judgement) but we need diverse opinions regarding this before taking the leap.

i think d Magodo treatment s going on concurrently wt dat of Eko hospital. She has already posted receipts for d pirchase of d magodo drugs

Have u lost confidence in ur dr at eko hospital? If u feel u want to try d drugs frm d magodo hsptl, discuss it wt ur dr and dont tk d drug behind him. Who monitors side effect frm d drug?

I was craving for ogbono soup so I decided to go to the market to buy the ingredients, getting home to start preparing the soup,lo n behold the meat I bought was missing,it seems I forgot it where I bought it,chei! Don't know whether to cry or laugh & I was really hungry, I cooked the soup like dat o but went to bed without eating anything, twas so painful . This pregnancy dey do me strong thing o to the extent of forgetting meat in the market

Depends on how much he can tk. Babies re different. I started wt little qty per tym, then increased gradually as he was able to tk more. Now i feed him every3-4hrs. U ll b able to work out ur own schedule wt tym.

I dnt want to make the mistake of buting another expensive tin of milk n he rejects it again.

My baby too refused taking milk after exclusive breastfeeding for 6months. I just put d milk in his cereal/pap.No need to waste d milk.

Breastmilk alone wobt supply adequate nutrients needed by a 1yr old. He doesnt tk formular, pap, family food, cereal etc at all? Has she tried giving sm1 else to feed him?

Hi dear, as rosy 27 told u, its nt really a big case if handled by d ryt person. i undstd ur worries, bt just relax and follow ur dr's advice. he s nt too young to b operated on. some babies wt life threatening conditions are operated on at an earlier age. Wch hospital re u using? U can go to fmc owerri since d strike has bn called off, they hv a paediatric surg unit
