I think MaxinDHouse and his JW flock need to read George Orwell's Animal Farm. Remember, All animals are equal but some are more equal than the others.
They have created an evil inequality that God never established.

From Paul's statement, it's clear that the 3rd heaven is a place outside your mind, and not a state of mind.
If it was a state of mind there wouldn't have been a need for him to talk about whether in or out of the body.
You do not go to a state of mind in or out of your body because your mind is within you.

I advise you to talk with someone who understands English a bit better, trust me, it would give you better understanding of the scriptures.

Second heaven is human government which will soon be no more including their rebellious subjects who are called EARTH {Isaiah 65:17} presently whoever is connected to this heaven gains FAVOUR in the world.
No bible verse speaks of a second heaven please stick to the bible and not myth.

Third heaven is the condition of those who have gotten the assurance of divine favour while they live we use their examples to ask for FAVOUR from God but now they're in their graves eg Enoch, Moses, Elijah, the thief Jesus gave a Visa to Paradise.

That's what the third heaven symbolizes not the literal heaven where God lives, unless a man is born of Spirit he can't get to heaven! John 3:3-5

So Paradise is going to be on planet earth not heaven but the government that will rule over the earth will be taken to heaven {John 14:1-3} that's the difference between God's kingdom and Paradise!
