It will be stupid to attempt a take over of a country much stronger than you. Why should I support stupidity?
I love practical solutions. Maduro had zero control over the cartels in facr, he was in bed with them. It ony made sense to kick him out

Trump is just power drunk!
Absolute power corrupts absolutely
.
If they are exporting drugs into your country why not secure your borders and prevent further inflow of drugs.

Invading a sovereign nation and kidnapping of their President is a dangerous precedent and it should be condemned globally.
This was what Russia attempted to do in Ukraine which later turned into an endless and senseless war that had claimed thousands of lives.

Believing that you can invade any nation and overrun them is the same confidence Hitler had and that ignited the second world war.
Look, if your country is producing cocaine that is destroying my people, and I have the power to stop it by taking control of your country, I would be irresponsible not to act. This doesn’t need to be complicated. If, as president, you cannot control drug production that harms my citizens, then you forfeit your position. If I have the power to remove you, I will. The lives of my people matter more to me than the sovereignty of a state that allows them to be poisoned.

Y'all will continue to be daft and defend impunity at all cost because it has not affected you.
So for your mind now, USA is clean and they're the police of the world?
They can invade any sovereign country that won't have enough strength to fight back, bomb them indiscriminately, and kidnap their leaders indiscriminately?
Can USA dare do this to China, North Korea or Russia?
DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT USA HAVE KILLED THIS MORNING IN THIS BOMBING?
If this was done to a Muslim country, you people would have been using the narratives of Islamic terrorists, right?
Just as you defended what those terrorists did to Palestinians, but you can cry that Russia is doing genocide to Ukraine...
Don't worry, karma exists... It'll one day be your turn and come to your doorstep.

In the coming weeks, The intoxicated terrorist will stop talking about drugs, and will now focus on the main goal, which is LOOTING.
This was what Obama did in Libya.
USA also did the same thing in Iraq, stealing tons of gold.

When Gaddafi was killed by those terrorists, some ignorant Libyans were jubilating, today we all know the status of Libya...
Oga, if your country is producing cocaine and poisoning my people, and I have the power to take over your country, I would be a fool if I did not. Everything doesn't have to be complicated. If, as president, you can't control the drug produtionin your country that ends up hurting my people, I will remove you if I had the power. The lives of my people are more important to me than the sovereignty of your nation.

Janosky:
Can you provide evidence from your Bible that the believers Paul wrote the epistle to, read Romans 14:5-6 & thereafter commenced annual birthday/ Christmas celebrations for themselves?
This is a foolish and meaningless question and I will tell you why.
Paul's message here is enough evidence to anyone to show that you are free to recognize any day of you choosing for the Lord.
Paul is simply saying that its ok to recognize a day unto the Lord if you want.
So it doesn't matter if the people in Paul's days celebrated Christmas or not, it doesn't even matter if anyone celebrates or not. As a believer, you are free to consider one day more sacred than another, it is not a sin.

That is a reasonable and understandable ground. But I don't think the reason supplied by JW is reasonable.
Romans 14:5–6
One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. Whoever regards one day as special does so to the Lord. Whoever does not regard one day as special does so to the Lord as well
Foreign Affairs › Re: African Union Rejects Israel's Recognition Of Somaliland As An Independent State by tctrills: 4:35pm On Dec 30, 2025
steadygo:
Your mistake is that is that no one said Israel has bad motives. I said it is silly to think they do not have "ulterior motives" which as you have already said can sometimes be bad but not necessarily. Furthermore, Israel is not a person handing out Christmas presents, it is a state. It is very reasonable to think any state would have personal interests in supporting Somaliland especially one like Israel that does not have an obvious intrinsic stake in Somaliland's day-to-day wellbeing. It does not prove bad intent but it is worth questioning what their interests are and whether they align with Somaliland's welfare.
I genuinely hope one day you will question this your strange, and almost certainly, unrequited love for Israel.
Please go back and read your earlier response. You have been pained and uncomfortable with Israel recognizing Somaliland.
Lets pretend you were only asking questions about Israeli interest, which you were not would it not also be appropriate to show appreciation to Israel for recognizing Somaliland?
Again, you feel my love for Israel should be questions, why?
Why would you question what someone loves? You are the strange one here. You go about questioning what other people love because you suspect ulterior motives.

People should be questioned for hating not for loving.

You are the one that is telling me I have to believe Israel must be up to no good simply because I am not jumping up in praises for Israel and advocating my certainty for their incapacity to do no wrong on this matter. You love Israel so much that people cannot even not know of Israel's future actions when dealing with you, they must be completely sure of Israel's benevolence otherwise they clearly hate Israel. LOL

I truly hope one day we Africans can take something of this love and put it into our own nations.
Let's turn the tables so you can see what you are doing, because I take it that you are unaware.
Imagine you give me a gift for Christmas, and I say that I can't thank you or appreciate it because you have an ulterior motive. When I am asked to explain further, I agree that I have no idea what I am saying, but insist you have bad motives. What would you make of me?
You are the one inventing conspiracy theories about ulterior motives. And yes, every good person who supports the Somaliland people should praise Israel.
I am only asking you to provide more information about your conspiracy theory. You talk about knowing Israel's future actions, but you have not stated any. That's clearly hate and bias.
How else can one show bias?

Let me ask you one more question: If it were any other nation, let's say Ghana, would you have also floated the Ulterior motive conspiracy, or do you only do this when it is Israel? So you would come out against any nation supporting sumaliland declaring that they have ulterior motives.

Lol read your previous response and see who is all over the place. You give an all over the place response then are shocked when you receive one in proportion.

I am excited at the prospect that Somaliland will get its Independence, sure. Whether Israel supporting Somaliland comes with problems that will show their face in due time, no one can say for sure but there is no benefit in pretending to be naive. So I am not against Israel for the specific act of supporting Somaliland's independence but I don't see why I need to pretend as though that is where the story must end.

I only brought up the Israel/Gaza war because you mentioned it in your prior post when you referred to me as the "You guys can tell to the last figure how many people died in Gaza".
Please read my first response, but this is just to add light.
As I said earlier, every nation has it utirior motives, even people do. But, I will not ask fr your motives or begin to suspect you. That would be unfair.
Now, let's look at some of the groups that Israel supports

1. The Kurds
Even the US is not willing to risk its diplomatic relationship with Turkey on behalf of the Kurds. Everyone today talks about the Palestinians, but the Kurds are the biggest victims of apartheid in the Near East, not the pamperd palestinians. Israel remains one of their very few supporters.

2. The Syrian Druze
These are another neglected and persecuted group that the nation of Israel stands behind. Hope you know that there are Israeli Druze who are free citizens with equal rights.

3 Somililand
You already know, nothing to add here.

The point is, Israel is consistent when it comes to standing up for oppressed people. The AU can't say the same. Most of the world is so hypocritical, supporting the pampered Palestinians for ulterior motives and acting like all other oppressed people do not exist,

Lol I only said Israel clearly has ulterior motives. I don't know where you are getting the rest of your story from.

It will be good if Somaliland can get its independence from Somalia. Somaliland is doing much better, they do not want to be with Somali and have historic reason as well to justify that. However, what is senseless is that the simple mention that Israel clearly has ulterior motives is enough to provoke you to craft stories and start telling me who and who I support. If you know anything about me you will know I am not a supporter of the African Union. As though Israel could not support Somaliland's Independence while still having ulterior motives, thereby I should be forced to be at complete agreement with Israel.
As for all your other talk about African lack of concern towards their own problems, I agree and you can take your own advice and stop being so busy defending Israel and start putting that focus more into our own African problems. You can check our posts on this forum and I probably comment less on the Israel-Gaza war than you.
Oga, you are all over the place. You claim you want the independence of Somaliland, if that is true, you should be excited that at least one nation agrees with you.
Your anger should be turned against the African nations that are against its independence not against the one nation supporting it.

Lastly, ulterior motives are not always a bad thing. And unless you can prove that Israel's motives here are evil, it is just wrong to be against them on this case.

The Israel/gaza war is a different topic and has no connection to this. Even if you support Hamas, this is a different matter. You can disagree with Israel when it comes to Hamas and still support their push for an independent Somaliland. Thats what we call an open mind.

I'm for Somaliland's separation. However, it is silly to think that Israel does not have ulterior motives.
You claim you are for Somaliland, yet every other black African nation is against it, but you choose to be angry at Israel, the only nation that supports it? Make that make sense. As for ulterior motives, that's what foreign policy is all about. Nations have hidden agendas and policies that they don't announce at news conferences. It is not an Israel thing.
The problem here is people like you who would rather go with the failed and corrupt African Union because of some war going on between Jews and Arabs.
You guys can tell to the last figure how many people died in Gaza, but you know nothing of the war that happened in Ethiopia or the ongoing war in Sudan, or even the genocide that happened in your own land (the Biafran war). You Africans need to get serious.

As we approach year 2026, ensure you make a review of your church or fellowship on campus and ascertain of your are not in a church cult.

(1) constant activities that drains you completely, such as constant multiple services, rehearsals, programs etc. For instance, your church just ended one program and they're already preparing for another one. You attend church activities like 5 or 6 days in a week. And when you complain, they question your spiritual life by asking you to pray and fast more

(2) Personal boundaries are disrespected, such as asking about your personal situations, sex life, your relationship, family, and if you're married, they want to know private things between you and your husband/wife. They may even manipulate you to say the dettiest or most horrible things you've have done, which they end up using against you.

(3) Public shaming, such as using your personal information to preach in church, or calling you up in front of the whole church, and using your private information to claim they're seeing a prophecy about you. They can also say dirty secrets of those who have left the church before everyone in a church service, thereby making existing members to hate them

(4) When you feel constant pressure to be submissive, especially women. There's always this constant question as to if you're doing the right thing, by making you feel you're not humble or submissive enough. You are constantly chasing perfection which gives you that feeling of fear rather than love whenever you're in church or going to church.

(5) We are the only true church mentality. They make you believe that every other church is not a good church, to the extent that you even feel sorry for your parents or siblings for attending other churches

What do you think? Feel free to add more
People like you are a big problem. You pick up a word and create your own definition around it.
