Normal sharingan users still move around with normal eyes like everyone else but activate the sharingan (jutsu) when needed and that is when the tomoes come out. Eg sasuke's pupils are always black except when needed to use the jutsu.

Sharingan is not eyes. It would have been a different issue if we were discussing obito transferring byakugan to kakashi

A lot can be done by dead men at the point of their deaths. So programming an action like transferring a Sharingan would fall in line with a Dead Man's Will Jutsu. Kakashi being a copy ninja propably could have copied the susano'o jutsu but not being an EMS user could have been the past inhibitor.
Now to the EMS part, the sharingan is more of a jutsu than a physical eye thing. A Bloodline Limit Jutsu to be exact (kekei genkai)

Let me explain.

The edo tenseid itachi still displayed his sharingan even though the original eyes of all the revived bodies were shinobi was black, a sign of their enslavement. The edo tenseid jinchuriki all displayed one rinnegan and one sharingan in their eyes as the chakra rod controller had same eye setup and yet none of them was an original sharigan user. Similar to Pein's eyes reflective on his puppets.

So if someone could will an uncommon amaterasu jutsu he learned to soneone at his death, a similar transfer of an upgraded/modified sharingan (his rinne state being able to produce the perfected form of his sharingan) from obito to someone who had in the past known the workings of the sharingan.

I do not read the manga but just contributing my opinion to the derivatives I read. If you think of the sharingan as a jutsu, it more than explains the unexplained.

i am not sure if a court injunction can get his bank statement but the major proof is the ability to pay and you might even ask for more as damages caused to you from the default if the fact that the debtor acted fraudulently to deprive and not pay.

Another series - Fairy Tail - got me at that scene where Erza was sending forth her old friends with fireworks by the ocean. I am not sure but I think I was rasenganing a tear or two. Quite touching.

Lolz, so we plenty. Grabbing my emotions to a peaked finale like that tearful scene was no small feat. Men do shed tears when the occasion climaxes unexpectedly. See as I also related with Naruto as the kid had to pass through village contempt before becoming village hero. I was glad for him at that point.

People live in those communities where the bulk of Nigeria's wealth comes from and if they are asking for 25% of what comes from there, it shouldnot be an hassle to concede it.

They live there
Already their sources of drinking water has been polluted
Their initial source of income i.e farming/fishing has been affected
They will still live there after there is no more oil and bear with the biohazards

Rather than deprive them, I recommend giving them what they want and the federal government should monitor the state expenditure to ensure the side effects of drilling is being catered for and a better life for its citizens. My take

When nairaland reloaded I felt 'Behold old things have passed away, behold all things have become new' with lots of verbal fight pages disappeared overnight, at least one good thing from the blackout menace but wow I was wrong.

Agreed Grimmjoe had his misconceptions but hey this is a forum where issues are discussed and it would be foolish to believe every opinion would be correct so he is in line even when wrong. The right thing would be to point out his mistakes with valid points rather than calling him names and from that first name calling post I was like 'this is uncalled for' only to see it was the usual suspect who posted.
