Start by googling the schools that accept that grade and lower...and you can throw the question open to peeps here, I'm sure there will be one or two on this forum who can also help you out on schools like that...What course you going for?..


Check these schools if they offer your course and check their requirement, its 3.0 and less than
Southern Illinois university Carbonsdale
Alabama state uni
University of Arkansas, Monticello
Mississippi valley state uni
West virginia state uni..

Go to wes.org,..click on "for student" create an account, fill the info as appropriate, choose ICAP(recommended by most WES-required schools), pay the fee...A reference number will be given...

Get your transcript to be sent by your institution via regular mail or courier AND you send the photocopy of your own certificate to WES yourself

NB. When going to your school for your transcript, make sure you print and fill with pen the "Academic record request form "on WES portal at www.wes.org/required/index.asp?lctryid=119 , which will be authorized by transcript issuing officer and sent alongside your transcript to WES

Akiolu has always been a talkative. With the benefit of hindsight, APC may gain from this but I doubt if the loquacious Oba was acting a script.
