Applied for visa with my wife on December 27th and finish the online application on Dec 28th.

Main Applicant:
Biometric - 30th Dec (walk-in) and Priority.
No NSF
No Interview
Uploaded documents my school requested I should upload which were also stated in my CAS.
P. S: I Didn't upload CV, employment letter cos this were not stated in my CAS eventhough I have a 7 years study gap.

Collection mail: Friday 6th Jan 2023 with Visa vignette sitting pretty on my passport. Visa took four working days after biometrics to be ready.

BRP mail: Monday 9th January 2023.

Dependent (Wifey):

Biometric: 30th Dec 2022 (Same day with mine). Prime time and standard application.

Documents uploaded during application were marriage cert, wedding pictures, consent of proof of fund from me among others.

Collection mail: 11th Jan 2023.

God be praised for his infinite mercy and control over our application so far. Thanks to all who have contributed in this platform, God bless you all.

Finally, from my experience, when applying for your visa, do not do over sabi. Upload documents stated in your cas together with documents stated in your application check list such as TB test and POF and then leave the rest for God in prayers.

Collection mail Jan 5th (8th working day).
DHL delivered it today after mistakenly carrying round the whole of Nigeria �.

Submitted Marriage Certificate gotten from mosque (no ikoyi or LGA stuff or affidavit)..NOT IDEAL.
Wife stuck to her dad's name (I forgot to explain this doing application and it freaked me out).
Submitted my BRP.
Submitted Nikkah(marriage)pictures that showed it was an Islamic setting, which took place in my father-in-law sitting room by the way.
And of course, PCC and TB report were submitted.
Then it was pushed with lotta prayers. Alhamdulillah.

Good day everyone. Pls Am kind of worried. My POF is reflecting in my ledger balance, I hope dere won't be any issue with that when I want to show proof later on.

1. Is #5million enough for prove of funds

2. I will be getting married early January and I intend to start the application process by mid January, pls I hope there won't be a problem because of the closeness.

3. Aside marriage certificate, what other things are necessarily required to show proof.
