A bag of rice currently is 60k, 100 tubers of yam in the north should be around 150k. Additional 150k buy 2 bags of sweet potatoes, 100k for 100kg bag of iron beans. 1kg of beef is around 6k, certainly less in the north. A little above 1M could even feed everyone fat. Additional 2 million for general welfare.

These wives will also have their own business set up for them. There is absolutely no way that someone who makes 10M monthly will live like a broke person.
