joseph1832:Abduleez1 better hope the movie gets to $1b. ![]() |
BlueRayDick:It seems today is Elder’s turn on the chopping block. No wahala, let’s all join hands and drag him. After all, agenda must move. |
Amigoss:You can't be serious. Do you think I'm Onyeama? Leave because of who? Lol. With this take, I don't think you would've been able to survive old NL. |
KingTom:We? |
KingTom:It depends on what you stole. Imagine hearing that your governor stole generator or used to steal from stalls back in the day. |
izzou:Are you speaking from experience? |
afrodoc:Of course you're enjoying yourself, everything’s just a story or theatre to you now. It's all a big circus. I guess this is exactly what Disstroy wanted? What a shame, really. |
Theflint1:Disstroy is beyond childish for dragging that old story into 2025. Why is he still talking about something that happened seven years ago, especially when he wasn't even involved and clearly don’t know what actually went down? If certain people hadn’t opened their mouths on that thread that day, would he even have known a single thing? He set a trap for me the moment he mentioned it here, hoping I’d spill more, even though it’s clear I’ve got no interest in reliving the past. Now his entire online routine is logging in once a month just to type “elder messaged a girl seven years ago,” then disappearing again like a broken NPC on loop. Same tired line, same worn-out agenda. But even if that did happen, and I’m not saying it did what exactly is his business in it? That babe was genuinely special at the time. I made no mistakes. People moved on, some are married now. The past is dead and buried. So why are you still stuck in it? Let it go. Your obsession says more about you than it ever will about me. Disstroy, if you don't stop, I'll invite one of the parties here, and you know what'll happen if I do that. Last time you two met on these streets, you got obliterated without pity.
|
Disstroy cooked up a story, and some of you ran with it like it’s gospel. Now anytime you want to throw shade or banter and you have nothing real to use, you default to that tired line “you were crying in some girl’s DM.” If you weren’t there and don’t know what actually happened, stop spreading stories you can’t trace. It’s lazy. |
Saw the post before it got hidden by the bot. As usual, The Gallon D’or comes for me unprovoked, barking loud, chest high, only to back out once I give him proper attention. Pattern never changes. Now because I don’t sit on here talking about academics or work, you assume I didn’t go to uni or have a job? You really amuse me. That logic is as empty as your takes. You lot think dropping job titles online earns you respect, like shouting “chemical engineer” on a thread changes your account balance. You think if someone isn’t whining about workplace pressure or uni struggles, then they must not be doing anything in real life. Pathetic reasoning. If I ever had to stoop as low as bragging about fuel gallons online just to feel relevant, I’d know I’ve failed in life. And you? With your oversized ego and undersized accomplishments, how much have you even seen in this life? Truth is, I already messed up by responding to you. Congrats. You got the attention you came here crawling for. But let’s not pretend. We both know if I could really say what I want, unfiltered, no Seun-tweaked bot restrictions, you’d deactivate tonight. So enjoy your moment, bro. Bask in it. Just know this: I’ve never needed to shout to be heard. And I’ll never need to overshare to outclass someone who keeps proving they’re beneath the very silence they mock. |
GloriousGbola:Calm down, Galon D'or. I have nothing to prove to you. I still remember when you accused me last year of living a fake life, claiming I was forming online while probably surviving on crumbs offline. I didn’t even argue, I just posted a screenshot of my spending from the first six days of that month. And that was from my regular Opay account, not even my main one. You saw it, realized I'm not an all-talk guy, and never brought it up again. Now you're back again with your “professional discussion” talk. I'm only responding because it’s the second time you're bringing this up. If I say we should go band for band right now, you’ll disappear like you always do. To be honest, I don’t talk about what I do for a living here because it’s pointless. My services aren’t for Nairalanders, so what’s the point of explaining anything to you? Did I say I needed your help? If it’s banter you want, keep it clean. Because once you go personal again, don’t start looking for the deactivate button when I respond in full. |
raumdeuter:If it's not a compulsory course, and it doesn't really have much effect on your GPA, then you can wave it. |
BlueRayDick:Forgot about that. It's been awhile. |
BlueRayDick:Why didn't he wave it, abi he was chasing first class? All that stress for a one unit course? Never. |

pu7pl3:I can never trust a Nigerian film. I laughed when I saw people praising the series on x. That was when I knew it is probably trash. Many Nigerians have been fed trash for so long that when they see films with a little touch of brilliance, they begin to overhype them. Nigerian films are trash and will remain so for the foreseeable future. You can predict the ending of 99% of Nigerian films, without breaking a sweat. |
Theflint1:Everybody knows? Are you trying to say raumdeuter is D..B? |
akwesenana:What does that have to do with what I posted? |
If you really want to understand how bad things are for some people in this country, just try being active on Facebook. Post a few pictures & videos showing a normal lifestyle, and watch the flood of begging DMs roll in. Some are so desperate, they even offer things unprovoked, just to get a small amount of money. It’s heartbreaking. I’ve been posting on Facebook since 2010, and I’ve always shared lifestyle content. But I’ve never seen anything like what’s happening now, hundreds of messages daily begging for help. This is the damage Tinubu’s government has done, yet some people still defend him with their full chest. What’s worse? Some of the same people begging may still vote for him again. And then you have folks living in the U.S. who will swear Tinubu is doing the right thing. They’ll laugh and banter online, but let Trump mess up just 30% of how Tinubu has fumbled, they’d be calling for his head in the American thread. |
US government:US has money oh. $286b spent in a month. Money that Nigeria will spend for 5 years. Truly, all hands are not, and can never be equal. |
I don't think it is possible for the NPF to be rebranded. The whole force should be scrapped. |
A lot of Nigerians are terrible people. |
@Semid4lyfe please restore my previous post. |
The Galon D'or himself was here. 🦅 ![]() |
The biggest thing holding Nigeria back is corruption. But the truth is, you can’t fight corruption effectively without first tackling tribalism and religious bias. No matter how committed you are to change, those two forces will drag the country backwards every time. And since Nigerians cling tightly to both tribalism and religion like lifelines, let’s be honest, this country is locked in a cycle. Until we let go of those two, we’re not going anywhere. The future of this country looks cooked. |
Obidients are doing everything possible to sabotage ADC. But let’s be honest: Peter Obi will never become president if he and his supporters don’t stop playing emotional politics. Elections aren't a sympathy contest. It’s strategy that win elections. |
BlueRayDick:I honestly don’t think people living in obodo oyinbo can be trusted on this issue. Whether they realize it or not, most of them are compromised, consciously or unconsciously. |
BlueRayDick:In my opinion, Frank Edoho fvcked up by dignifying Omojuwa with a response. |
BlueRayDiick:One of the major problems in this era is the mindset that if you’re not flaunting a larger-than-life lifestyle on social media, then you must be struggling or failing at life. I honestly don’t see any other reason why someone would make such a ridiculous comment about Frank Edoho. |
