Tochex101: So you mean it's okay for 2 million people to loose their homes, livelihood and even lives because of the action of a few. Moderation is always necessary, Netanyahu and his cronies have shed enough blood. Actions have consequences. How do you think a world without consequences would look like? |

Baddestguyp: Here's my understanding of Eren and why I don't entirely agree with your post-
Eren's primary motivation for the Rumbling is his idea of freedom. Even from childhood he was obsessed with it and he was ready to destroy anything that tried to restrict him... That's why he killed the kidnappers that kidnapped Child Mikasa in season 1 and called them "less than animals"
When Armin showed him his grandfather's book, he saw the beauty of the outside world ..the ocean, the mountains etc and associated that plain blank slate as his idea of what freedom entails...
He associated the walls and the Titans as things restricting him from acheiving freedom.
The problem with these ideals is that such freedom cannot exist in either our world or the AOT world. And that flaw became apparent when they reached the basement in season 3 and discovered that outside the walls were full of enemies... Eren ascribed these enemies outside the walls as those restricting his freedom...
He was in his words "disappointed" and chose to destroy them...
This is his fundamental motivation for the Rumbling... Not to make his friends heroes or to end the Titan curse, but to destroy those who restricted his idea of freedom...
Eren loved his friends no doubt, he wanted to protect Paradis as well as end the Titan curse... But that selfish motivation is what drove him forward...
That is why at the finale, even after Eren told Armin the "benefits" of his actions and being stopped by his friends, Armin called him out. There was no justification for his actions...there was no good lesson for humanity to learn from it as well except to kill or be killed...
Eren himself realizes this...he knows he is acting more out of selfish interest, that's why he breaks down and calls himself "a slave to freedom". That's why he calls himself "an idîot" who had too much power and makes a selfish choice that dooms 80% of humanity...
In other words, Eren's friends being heroes were a result of his actions and their own choices to stop him, not his original intention. Recall when they went to the paths and he told them "they had freedom to choose whether to stop him or not. That in order to achieve freedom, he would take freedom from the world, but take nothing from his friends"
Further proof of this...in the manga, Eren said that even if he didn't know he would be stopped, he would have fully completed the Rumbling.
In other words, he fully intended to complete the Rumbling if he wasn't stopped.
The choice of his friends led to the outcome at the ending: 1. His friends became heroes and lived long lives free of war 2. The Titan curse ended due to Mikasa's choice to accept her love while doing the right thing 3. Paradis had a chance with 80% of the outside world gone.
But his actions were never framed as being right as it did not stop the Yeagerists from taking over Paradis. Even after his friends died and the world rebuilt, wars continued as it's part of human nature...
I don't want to write more, but Eren's conversation with Reiner in Marley (declaration of War), Eren's admission to Zeke in the paths (Memories of the future) and Eren's confession to Ramzi (the kid during the Rumbling) go further to reinforce his selfish motivations You don't understand Eren enough. |

Why are people upset at Israel? Hamas knew there’d be consequences the moment they launched missiles on Israel.
I’m not even a fan of Israel, but you can’t attack people and then try to dictate their response. Hamas and Palestinians chose war, and with war comes reality. Israel has every right to cleanse Gaza. Hamas brought this on Palestinians, and they, not Israel, should be held responsible for whatever is happening and will continue to happen. |

Suicideboy: Nigerian filmmakers also faces restriction in the movie
E get certain films you fit release as a film maker Do we really have to defend mediocrity? Iranian films are way ahead of Nollywood in every aspect. Nollywood may have improved its cinematography in recent years, but compared to other industries, it’s still weak, and when you add the lazy, uninspired storylines, the gap is clear. |

OhBritannia: Dear Hongrang is a solid 10/10 for me.
Ladies and gentlemen, stand up and give a round of applause to South Koreans. They are good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This show was so good that after watching episode 1, i had to binge watch all 11 episodes at a go!!! No resting. Lol The show got me hooked, i gave the show 100% attention.
Romance 10/10 Thriller 10/10 Mystery 10/10 Action 10/10 Twists and turns 10/10 The show has even got some drops of horror and supernatural. Note!!! Hold your handkerchief because the last episodes will break you. Trust me you will be sad but i won't drop spoilers. This show tells you that anything is possible and the more you look, the less you see.
A show where the good guys you thought are good became the villains and evil ones while the bad guys you thought were bad and evil became the heroes and the good guys. and that's where the twists and turns will burst your brain.
I just have to say that love is a beautiful thing though and indeed!!! The heart wants what it wants. But make no mistake, for this show isn't just about Romance, there is gore and there is blood. Action nonstop that is soaked in mystery.
I am going to miss the show and all the casts since there won't be a season 2, it's a one season show.
Once again, i am entertained. OhBritannia strikes again. This guy easily gives 10/10 to almost every show he watches, and it's crazy. He raises your expectations, only for you to find out it's average. He has never hyped any move that didn't turn up to be average. Dear hongrang 6/10, and I'm just being generous with this rating. The story had potential, but I guess it was too big or complex for them to properly execute. They wasted the potential of the story, and started mixing everything up. Deviating from one story to another. Mumbled up everything. They could've done more. |

The final season of attack on titan is a masterpiece. They won because that's what Eren wanted. He wanted them to be heroes, he directed all the hatred to himself, and let them kill him, to prove a point.
He could've easily erased 100% of the outside world, and also killed his friends, if he wanted. Suicidal mf, lol. |

I don't know if it is how they were raised or something. The way they talk to people. Hospitality, Uber Drivers, "Air hostesses" it's a reason they are always fighting someone every other week.
I'm to the point where if your voice too loud I don cut you loose.
Personal experience, I was talking to someone we never complete two weeks. She spoke for almost 25 minutes interrupted. Time for me to talk e no reach two minutes she jumped into my talk. I was like don't interrupt me again else I hang up. Her response? Excuseee you. With sass.
I hung up so fast and we ain't spoke since
The lack of manners is so jarring. And a lot of them have been coddled by desperate men that when they meet someone like you who's not with the bullshit you look like you're doing too much.
Personally I don't think you need to even have anything if you have small Delta in you it's just some things you will never accept whether you're rich or poor Na delta guy. None of my igbo friends move that way, or should I say I haven't seen them move that way. There's no reason you should be fooling yourself with women or anybody, when you have money. |

A40: She no fit. Their dynamic from the outside looks like he pretty much owns her.
He seems like a very impulsive and emotional nigga. I am not surprised he can do shit like that based on konji.
Armed with that kind of money I don't understand how you deal with anyone you have to beg for anything I can’t stand men without OT. I’ve got a close friend doing really well financially, good looking too, but women disrespect him constantly, and his answer is always to send them money. One day we were chilling, he was on the phone with a lady, and she was shouting at him and speaking so rudely. I couldn’t take it, I grabbed the phone and cut the call. I berated him seriously that day, how can you have all this money and still let women play with you? Like I always say, some people have money but don’t know how to use it. In this country, once you’ve got a decent crib and car, OT can get you the highest level of respect and women. Even without a car, it’s about packaging. Meanwhile, there are billionaires out here begging for pvssy. Ridiculous. |

Have you guys seen the edo elections results?
The fact that people are still voting APC shows that Nigerians are jokers. Are Nigerians cursed? Anybody that collects money to vote for any party, and claim he or she is doing so because of poverty, deserves to be shot on sight.
Poverty shouldn't make people make stupid decisions that affect everybody else. I hate to admit it, but I don't see Tinubu getting unseated.
In all, I blame Gej for all this to be honest, if he wasn't weak, we would've never had to deal with APC. He should've paid whatever price was required, even if it means some people dying to make sure APC never got power back then.
Like Machiavelli said, sometimes sacrifices must be made for the greater good irrespective of the cost, the state must see it as a necessary evil. |

Theflint1: What's the punishment for assault, and what's the punishment for "hijacking a plane"?
Also understand that the girl in question wanted to deplane but was prevented from doing so...I guess it's an Air Marshal and not a hair hostess that conducts arrests within a plane, so whatever the air hostess was attempting could as well be classed as an illegal detention.
I believe if things are taken to the letter of the law, the girl would have a more weight case. I'm not sure you know what hijacking a plane means. |

Just watched some videos of the ibom air accident. let's say the truth for once, that passenger was too unruly and violent.
She deserves to be jailed for at least 2 years for that nonsense she pulled there. The problem with most Nigerians is they like applying emotions to every thing.
This case is quite different from kwam-1 issue, the scope might be similar but it doesn't have this same weight. |
