He said since a Northern Muslim had spent eight years, and it is obvious the next president should come from the south, then it should be a southern Christian. He didn't say a southern Christian must emerge. Also note that the main problem they have with tinubu is the Muslim-Muslim ticket not necessarily him a southern Muslim emerging.
If we are to go with your logic as I said, then they should be fighting Tinubu as well as Atiku. But their issue is with the exclusionary ticket of Muslim-Muslim

Some years back, the Kaduna chapter of CAN was crying about not having a Christian governor.
